Fix-IT Repair

Very good service. Very good repairs. Been using Fix It for the past 8 years at least. Usual to fix the screens on my son phones. His got a talent to drop and brake the screen every other 5 or 6 months haha. I do fix his phones myself now and again but I never manage to get repairs parts as good as Fix It. I very recommended for phones repair.

Ignore the good reviews and think about it…. What other 'Back Street shop' would attract so many. None. These reviews are Fake, in the hope that they drown out the genuine bad reviews. Or at least that's what they hope. But people are not that stupid. The truth about this shop and its staff is that they sell shoddy merchandise and are rude to customers when they come back with the faulty goods. They don't give a damm. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Order number 53195 20th September 2021. Pc brought in with instructions of fault, (boot files corrupted). Fix-IT Repair decided to install different O/S without specifying so in phone call. I phoned same day to inquire what happened and was assured a technician would phone back. Three times I phoned, each time assured tech would phone back! Still waiting 3 weeks later! Poor service.

Needed a new battery in my iPad. Took it in, answered some questions, received a text message while in the shop confirming my job number. Took just over 24 hours (as stated by the technician). Received a text message saying job complete, and collected it. Now, my iPad stays charged for the whole day plus, rather than just an hour. There are minimal signs that it has been opened, and it was returned in good clean condition, so I am very pleased and would not hesitate to go with them again.

Don't go there - ROBBERS ! Think twice before you choose this company !

Should have checked the one star reviews. I took a laptop in for a repair to a charge port (kids pulled it off a table). Computer was still working when I took it in, just couldn't charge it. Took it home and while the charge port was fixed, the laptop would not switch on. I took it back once lockdown lifted and they're trying to charge me for a new motherboard. They won't speak over the phone, won't respond to email, so I'm having to waste more money to go 'discuss the issue'. Wish I'd gone elsewhere.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sorted out my Samsung really quickly. Great service.

Rubbish. Nothing more than a bunch of hypocritical amateurs who know less about phones than my three year old. Originally told that my phone would be ready in two to three days, not sure what there version of time is but in mine two to three days isn't a week and a half. Just to be told that the phone was unable to be repaired and that if I want it back I'll have to wait a further hour. All while the man behind the desk was smiling and try to sell be one of his other phones. In short Don't bother with this place, it's best summed up as having amateur staff and disgraceful customer service!

Repaired my iPad screen for me while I w8ted. Charged only £59 and it looks like new now. Great stuff.
