We have just completed a long overdue major refurbishment of our toilet facilities at our Church. The proposed contract involved almost all aspects and trades of the building industry. We engaged a highly respected Architect who was well known to us, David R Yeaman and Associates, who advised and guided us through all the planning etc. , and we subsequently appointed the main contractor F and B Builders (London) Ltd. The construction industry is subjected to a huge amount of criticism, some of which is probably well deserved, however F and B Builders have proved that there are exceptionally good companies in the industry, who keep their promises, putting the customer satisfaction first, employing highly skilled staff who were on site every day of the contract. The owner of the company was involved every single day, personally supervising and progressing the works and in his absence his deputy Nick took on that responsibility, which ensured the contract was completed on time. We had a single storey extension and a new kitchen fitted. The quality of workmanship was fantastic and the builders were always considerate and tidy. Delighted with the final result.

Bill and his team have just completed a ground floor extension to our 30's semi house. They were polite and professional from start to finish. We had a brick front with render to the side and back. We have subsequently received many compliments on the brickwork that matches perfectly and which as Bill says 'does not look like an extension'. All internal work has been done to a very high standard with regular discussions to check that we were happy with the way it was all going. The kitchen has been doubled in size and the plaster work is flawless. Our existing patio was 2 different levels which Bill was asked to raise and level reusing existing slabs. Unfortunately they were stuck fast and broke so Bill sourced new stonework at a very competetive price and the finnished result is spectacular. F&B Builders where the lowest tender we received for our two storey side extensions and single storey rear extension. We found then to be really friendly and helpful and as stated by my father who is a retired builder "they did a cracking job". Obviously with such major work there was lots of dust but they did a good job of warning us when the water was switched off etc. They also made sure when there was going to lots of dust in the air to warn neighbours to bring in washing and close windows so we didn't have issues with neighbours. The owner had a number of good ideas and helped ensure we have a extension we are delighted with, I have no hesitation in recommending F&B Builders London.

We know Bill very well we repair FB Builders vehicles so we thought we get them to build us a nice new office space in our workshop. Excellent workmanship hassle free from start to finish also all on budget was exactly how much was quoted really honest guys I would highly recommend FB Builders London. Thank you Bill.
