Etiquette Chefs came to take care of the family over the new year period and also a shooting party; Jonathan was excellent, his food superb and he fitted in and worked extremely well with our own staff - it was like he had always been here - excellent and stress free. Thank you.
We had Lee to cook for my Birthday party with friends at home. Whilst we had never used Etiquette Chefs before, I can honestly say I would whole heartedly recommend them to any prospective customer. We went with Lee's suggested menu and all agreed that the flavours were delicious. Thanks for a great evening. We are looking forward to finding an excuse to use you again.
I booked Lee Marshall from Etiquette Chefs to celebrate my 50th birthday at home, with friends. It was an excellent and memorable evening. The food, with its fresh and contemporary style, was excellent. The service was faultless and not at all intrusive. The evening was informal and relaxed and our every need was catered for. The kitchen was left clean and tidy which meant we could concentrate on the celebrations. I would highly recommend Lee and Etiquette Chefs and am looking forward to my next dinner party with them in the New Year.
Very special events require special attention and we got that from our chef Lee. We ordered a dinner for the whole family, some with special dietary needs. The meal was as requested to a high standard, the service was personal which made the evening something to remember. I recommend Etiquettte Chefs, Lee in particular, to all.
We had Lee Marshall from Etiquette to cater for my mother's 70th birthday party and everything was exceptional. Lee cooked a 3 course dinner for 17 including 2 children, and managed to keep everyone happy. Lee arrived early to start preparing and was very discreet,professional,accommodating and polite throughout. The quality of the food was excellent, in terms of the fresh ingredients used, the superb presentation and, most importantly, the taste. The meal started with oriental salmon skewers, which were absolutely delicious. This was followed by beautifully cooked, tender lamb, which literally melted in the mouth. Homemade burgers were spontaneously whipped up for a non-lamb eater and fresh chicken goujons were made for fussy children. The meal ended with a gooey chocolate torte, which was a winner with everyone. Throughout all my dealings with Lee, from the discussions about menu ideas right through to the final mouthful of chocolate torte, I have found him incredibly helpful, flexible and professional. We used Etiquette Chefs to provide a meal for 10 ladies on a hen weekend in the Dorset countryside. It was fabulous and we were served a wonderful meal which was one of the best we had all ever eaten. The chef (Oliver) was superb and explained everything he had cooked, how he cooked it and even gave demonstrations when preparing. It was the highlight of the weekend and we would all recommend Etiquette Chefs again.
I had organised a hen weekend at a country house for 21 girls. Lee from Etiquette Chefs was fantastic at accommodating us after our numbers kept changing and so did our menu choices. Lee helped us to create a fantastic menu that was within our budget. The lead up to the weekend was smooth and hassle free as was the day itself. Lee was at home in the kitchen and prepared a meal that was to die for. How he kept on cooking with all us girls wondering in and out of the kitchen to make more and more drinks is beyond me. He left the kitchen spotless on his departure it was as if he hadn't been there. I would without doubt recommend Etiquette Chefs.
Lee cooked supper for 18 people for my daughter's 18th birthday. He arrived with all ingredients, cooked and served a fantastic meal including blue cheese souffle and beef en croute. The beef was rare and tender, the red wine and shallot sauce and all veg were of a very high restaurant standard. Lee left my kitchen sparkling clean so all I had to do was stack the dishwasher. Lee helped us think through the meal, he shopped for, prepared and cooked a fabulous dinner for 15 of us at our home in Bristol. He took care of everything very professionally including feeding our waitresses (daughter and friend) as well as us. We've had great feedback from all our guests (and the waitresses! ) and I thoroughly recommend him.
