Essentially For You offers aromatherapy, ear candling, massage, reflexology and reiki treatments in a relaxing treatment room. All treatments are given by fully qualified practitioner. Before your first treatment a comprehensive medical history is taken to ensure that the treatment is suitable for you. Some evening and weekend appointments are available.

Aromatherapy is used for the relief of pain, care of the skin, to ease tension and fatigue and to invigorate the entire body.

Ear candling is a non invasive way of "cleaning" your ears while re-balancing your inner and outer ear.

Reflexology treats the feet or hands using corresponding reflexs to all parts of the body, arranged in such a way as to form a map of the body.

Reiki is a method of healing in which positive energy is channeled from the practitioner to the client that balances, heals and harmonises every aspect of you whether emotional, mental, physical or spiritual.

Treatments are suitable for all ages from six weeks, male or female, for psychical or emotional conditions or if you want to just pamper yourself.

Advise can be given on all essential oils and products containing essential oils.
