Professional, reliable and friendly service. Got an apt within a few days, fast correspondence. Emily was really helpful and put my mind @ ease. Mice infestation was sorted, member of staff who visited my property answered all my questions and explained all what he was doing @ my property. Would highly recommended.

We have been hearing a scratching noise in a specific place in our cavity wall in the kitchen. We contacted environ and paid them to do a survey. This survey was unable to identify anything of use and was a total waste of time and money. Environ then wanted to charge us more to proof our house but were unable to tell us where the noise was coming from or even what type of Rodent it was making the noise. When we called up initially, it was made out that this proofing would be included in the price of 3 visits but it turns out this costs extra…. A mistake that a lot of customers seem to make. It is a scam/dodgy sales techniques to trick people out of their money. They are taking advantage of people who disperately trying to solve a pest problem. Do not hire this company, they will rip you off. For a couple of hundred pounds, they completed a survey which couldn't identify any problems and lay poison down that wasn't touched by any rodent.Moreexpand_more

Called up for a Moth Treatment and it was noticed that I had a mouse problem to upon inspection. Some poisons were also laid and it turns out I did. Glad the problem was noticed in the beginning. Very knowledgeable and well trained technicians. Highly recommend.

Really quick and efficient service. I have used other companies in the past and still suffered a Rat problem. Environ visited and told me exactly what needs to happen to fully eradicate them and I haven't seen them since. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Environ. They charged an extortionate amount of money to close very few small gaps. After the survey they quoted half day of work. I was surprised given the surveyor mentioned that it was supposed to be an easy and quick job. I asked for clarification and they told me that the quote was an accurate reflection of the work needed and they never mentioned they have a minimum charge of half day. The proofing was done in 1. 5 hour for more than £400 + VAT. When I complained they finally told me about the minimum half day charge but they were not prepared to give any refund. If I had known about the minimum charge I would have probably decided to do the work myself. They then offered a pitiful 5% refund which I never got anyway. Scam company. Charges £190 pound for laying poison. Sends a report that states they can't fill all the holes due to structural reasons. Tries to charge £2000 "mouse proofing" the house, that doesnt guarantee all holes to be filled. Saw a mouse in the house after their second appointment, where the mouse should be eradicated according to their claim. They weren't even aware that they attended the second appointment and suggested to wait 2 weeks.

Very pleased with this conpany Environ, I used them recently and received great all round service from beginning to end. From Rosie who offered great customer service over the phone to the team that visited our home and solved our problem effectively and whithout fuss. Thank you !

Awful. Avoid them. Think they must write all their own positive reviews! They lied, didn't know what they were doing, and failed to even complete the job of eradicating moth from a small London terrace house.

This company may be good at dealing with other pests, but they did not help with my mouse problem at all. Their visits were very very quick, the people who came seemed to be in a huge rush, they put down poison very quickly - though I wanted to properly observe where it was going as I have a toddler. And the mice were completely undaunted. £166 completely wasted. I eventually found someone who was able to fix the problem.

Happy with the treatment overall, it took 3 visits to get rid of the carpet moths in my home and apart from being 20 minutes late on the initial survey I was impressed with the companies ability to work around my builders and control the moth issue. The staff were polite and courteous and the quotation was the cheapest of the 3 that I obtaine.

Very happy with Chris who got rid of some bedbugs that I picked up on holiday, competent and efficient.

Great service took 4 visits but the rats are gone at last.

Great service from a quality company.

Just used environ to get rid of a serious rat problem in my basement and was impressed by the knowledge and proficiency of the team who came to deal with the problem. They used dogs, tracking dust and traps but don't use poisons so there was now elks and flies which the previous pest control company tried to do.

This company may be OK for simple pest control. I used them to try to get rid of slugs which proved to be complicated. Over a period of more than 6 months they didn't succeed. They also did simple repair work to try and seal access points. This was done badly. When I finally found someone who was capable the slugs stopped within weeks. Environ had to come back and properly put back some floorboards. Even that they messed up and damaged some of the sealing work I had organised. I wrote to the managing director listing my complaints. No reply! In addition at one stage they told me they had discovered damp. It took them several months to actually tell me. I had two independent people inspect what they said was damp and both said it wasn't.Moreexpand_more

I was having an issue with rodents in my property. One call to Environ and the initial issue was dealt with. With advice and pest control products being given as part of the price, this is certainly aiding the prevention of the problem from re occurring. I would definitely recommend the services of Environ to anyone.
