I never thought I would ever use a councillor, but I found one local to me online. I have been desperate to talk to somebody for years without the fear of being judged. I've always just kinda got on with things over the years, but every now and then, something will happen that will remind me of the past and everything just comes flooding back. I met with Gregg, and he has really helped me more than anybody has ever helped me in the last 20 years. He just really listens, where most people kinda listen whilst waiting for their turn to speak. I just feel very comfortable talking openly with him. If you're looking for somebody to talk to, he is definitely the one who'll listen.

Before meeting Greg I wasn't sure where I could turn for help and advice. My brother, who was also my best friend, passed away in a tragic accident, and I have been struggling to cope for a long while. A friend of mine suggested that I go see a counsellor. I made an appointment to meet Greg with, to be honest, very low expectations. After meeting with him for the first time, I suddenly felt a sense of relief. He was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I hadn't been able to open up to anybody like that for a very long time. He helped me to cope and see sense and understand that it was normal to feel the way I had been feeling. Greg has taught me different techniques on how to cope with my dark days, and how to work through them. I would highly recommend him to anybody seeking help or advice.Moreexpand_more
