Hypnotherapy can be incredibly effective in overcoming a range of issues. I offer a safe and supportive space using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. This differs from many other therapies in that there is no need to delve into the past. My approach is positive and forward looking. Many clients comment on how relaxing and enjoyable the sessions are. I have helped people overcome anxiety and many other issues including: depression, IBS, OCD, panic attacks, phobias, insomnia, addictions, exam nerves, fertility issues, weight management, bereavement, low confidence and much more.

By understanding how the brain works, what happens when we are dealing with too much stress and what we can do to change this, people find a new way to move forward and feel more in control.

I offer a free initial consultation where you can meet me, hear about what I do and decide if I am the right therapist for you. During this session I will also give you a relaxation recording so you can begin the process of relaxing at home to support the work we do during the hypnotherapy sessions. The hypnosis element of hypnotherapy involves you being gently guided into a relaxed state where you are also focused on the positive outcomes you are working towards. You are in control at all times.
