EHE came to the rescue after hours of dealing with more heating companies than I care to mention. None of could or would give any straight answers. The team at EHE gave a high standard of advice and took the time to actually explain things fully. Their customer service is second to none and they understand their products extremely well. I purchased Vantage Connect rads and an Ecopanel XT. All arrived in perfect condition and with clear instructions. Fitting again is also simple. The quality speaks for itself, they are solid and nicely designed. I can already see a good reduction in energy cost which was a concern following a disastrous experience with previous heaters in the property. Tony at Electrical Heating Expert has been amazing throughout. I have been looking to replace my really old storage heaters for quite some time now and found a local company - Electrical Heating Expert. From our initial conversation to understanding what I was looking for, he was in continuous contact to ensure I was happy throughout the whole process. The time and effort he put in for me was fantastic, and he truly was a pleasure to work with. It was clear that he cared about making sure the job (and everything that comes with it) was done right for me. I was so pleased. I would highly recommend Tony and who he recommended for installation too, a fantastic job and should I ever need to I would use him again without a second thought!

Quality of product: The electric heaters are extremely good quality and easy to use. They heat our rooms very quickly and we can see they are energy efficient when looking at our smart meter. 3. Excellent customer service: When I had a query about the assembly of the legs, Tony got back to me right away and was very helpful. Highly recommend. We started off we one heater and have bought three more since!

We have 3 German electric radiators and they certainly make the house cosy. Ordering and delivery went smoothly. We recently had a problem with one heater that was adjusted by mistake, by one of us! After a call to Tony in the Aldershot Office he quickly sent me a troubleshooting email with a video of how to reset the heater to Factory Settings. This is our first winter with the new radiators so we are yet to discover the true cost of heating the house. So far we have had excellent service and have already recommended the company to my friends and family.

Purchased an Electrorad Aeroflow radiator, great service, best price, really pleased with item, easy to install and set up, fully controllable with WiFi, would highly recommend both Electric Heating expert and the Electrorad radiator.

Called up this morning regarding a replacement radiator bracket which I damaged during decorating. Spoke with Tony who could not have been more helpful, he told me they are only sold in sets but said he would have a look around for me and would call me back which he did within 15 minutes with a replacement, I have brought 7 radiators off them 2 years ago and the service then was first class. Great company to deal with.

We have had our Economiser radiators for around 3 years. The external WiFi module (which newer models don’t require I’ve read) started to not work and we made enquiries with Electric Heating Expert about getting a replacement. We were quickly replied to with instructions on how to update the module and download a new update, and with no additional cost, our whole system was working again. Fantastic customer service. Our radiators are still going strong and really heat up the rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Just had two Economiser German Electric Radiators installed, which replaced bulky storage heaters. We are delighted with the style and quality, very neat looking. Initially having a few questions, which were soon answered by Tony, had no hesitation in ordering which was straightforward. Delivery was quick and friendly. Excellent EHE customer support which helped clarify operation. All set and ready now. Will be back in Spring when ready to do the rest. Thank you!

Recently completed the installation of four economiser German radiators for a client who is over the moon with them. They replaced storage heating. These were simple to install on stud walls with fittings provided. Very nice quality and simple setup which EHE helped with. App is now connected and working nicely on their iPad. Look forward to the next installation and doing business again. Highly recommended company!

As a landlord and property developed I have put these in 4 of my properties and have bought these from Ecopower Heating for 8 years. I had my doubts in the beginning if these would be better and more economical than using Gas Central heating. The ones in the 1980's/90's were like putting a hairdryer on the wall and cost a fortune! . Technology has come a long way since then. I have asked multiple tenants if the Electric heating is good for heating their home and also price to run. All have said they are brilliant. Not one complaint. My friend did a new build home. Heavily insulated with Electric radiators from Ecopower and he says he has no complaints. I have had to order parts that have failed due to tenants putting wet towels on but their aftersales is brilliant too. Someone with basic DIY skills can change programmers very easily. All and all a great product and I have no criticisms whatsoever. Highly recommended. If you give the company your room sizes they will tell you sizes of radiators you need.Moreexpand_more

I bought 5 Vantage radiators 3 years ago and am very happy with both them and the customer service received from Electric Heating Expert. I had to contact them yesterday as I could not get the radiators connected to a new broadband router and I received a reply to my email straight away. I was also sent a link to an excellent video which explained everything I needed to do. Thanks to Tonyl at Electric Heating Expert I was quickly up and running again.

I bought 3 Vantage Radiators (living room and hall) and 2 Eco Panels (bedrooms) earlier this year to replace old storage heaters, after receiving great advice from Electric Heating Expert. I moved into my property in January 2024 after carrying out a full refurbishment, and couldn't be more pleased with these two products, particularly the Vantage - look great and heat effectively and efficiently, so I am buying more!

I have just purchased a German made electric radiator, which was an expensive item, but reading reviews etc I wanted to try this out, it was delivered very quickly and easy to set up, as its now summer not really been able to see how well it works, but hopefully all good when winter sets in. This Company seen very professional and are experts at what they do.

We have now replaced all our old Fischer radiators with the German Electric Radiators. From doing research into the products to ordering, we were impressed with the information provided and the ease of ordering. The company took the time and trouble to check we were happy with what we ordered. Delivery was made on our chosen date and the courier couldn’t have been more helpful. Radiators easy to install and programme. They are efficient and a lot less bulky than our previous system. We are delighted with the system and had been impressed with the care and attention we had from the company, until our final order. We arranged delivery well in advance and made sure that we were in to take delivery on the specified Wednesday. No delivery received. We were put in touch with the delivery company to arrange another deliver on the Thursday. We waited in until Thursday 12 noon when we were advised that they had lost it. We were then told it would be Friday and waited in. It wasn’t delivered. We were then promised Saturday am and again it wasn’t delivered. It really wasn’t for us to deal with the delivery company, however when l rang Electric Heating Expert l was informed by Tony, who answered the phone, that he was abroad on holiday and could do nothing. Monday morning the delivery company tried to deliver 2 heaters, one marked for Saturday delivery and one marked for the previous Wednesday. Really not good enough. If you insist on someone being available to take delivery, you should make sure it is delivered and that any unforseen circumstances are communicated. If you are running a company single handed then you should close, if you want to go on holiday and not allow customers to run up mobile phone charges trying to sort issues out. Such a pity at the last hurdle we were so badly let down.Moreexpand_more

We have recently purchased an economiser radiator to replace our old delonghi oil filled radiator in our conservatory. The economiser is a superb heater, easy to operate from an app on your phone, excellent build quality and certainly heats a room quickly and efficiently. Electric heating expert are a fantastic company to deal with, professional and efficient with excellent customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again.

First-class product and service. I am pleased to have researched quite extensively before choosing. Of all the options of which there are many, this is the best from a quality and value perspective. The radiators are nicely made. The advisors were very knowledgeable. Delivery was fine. You could choose to DIY though for the sake of a couple of hundred pounds I hired an electrician who put them up, wired them in and set them up. Customer technical support was extremely good after my purchase. I purchased a set of three Vantage Connect radiators.

The service was excellent. We ordered four Vantage Connect radiators and an Eco panel XT and will definitely be back for more in the summer. Vantage is a great bit of kit as is the Eco panel which we ordered previously and now also have in the anthracite colour. They are extremely smart!

Great advice and service. Responded to my request for help immediately. Website was also easy to use. I bought Ecopanel Xt heaters for a new extension. They arrived on time and were quick and simple to install. They are great quality, nice looking and heat the rooms up fast. I found the set-up process and instructions easy to follow. I have recommended the Ecopanel Xt and will replace some older heaters next.

Excellent customer service. Tony responded within minutes when I had an issue with my radiator and was able to fix the issue very quickly. The radiators work really well.
