I bought the vantage radiators from the electric heating expert. Tony was amazing at helping me decide on the best radiators for my annexe. The delivery was super quick and came extremely well packaged. After install I had issues with getting the temperature set correctly. Tony happily jumped to help and through WhatsApp was able to diagnose the issue and help my resolve it. Overall an incredible end to end service and just so nice to be able to talk to someone instead of a robot.

We already had one if these radiators and were very pleased with it, but we were not happy with company that sold it. However when sourcing this radiator we found EHE what a difference very helpful. Can highly recommend them and we will be dealing with them again.

The best service I’ve received from any online company. I inherited vantage heaters when buying my house 9 years ago and they worked perfectly well. One stopped working. This is the second purchase of Ecopnel XT radiators and very happy again. Delivery was held up by a day but not the company’s fault. Other than that, great quality and heating that’s quick to respond and heat the room economically. Very good customer support.

We have just built two new bedrooms in an annex and wanted them to have independent heating from the main house. I looked at a lot of electric Radiators online and did nor want to buy one from China. I purchase two Vantage 1000w Radiotors and I am obsolutely thrilled with both their look and performance. Once my Grandson has shown me how to control them from my phone they will be perfect. PS We lost a pack of the White Plastic Radiator Clips for one of them, however Electric Heating Expert shipped a spare set FOC.

Amazing customer service. The vantage radiators took a little time to set up but the service was excellent thanks to staff who actually have experience with their products. All now connected up to the app and heating beautifully. It’s a very nicely made radiator that feels much more solid and heats much more comfortably than others. They’re also conserving energy pretty effectively. These are installed in my holiday cottage. I’d be happy to have them in my home too if it wasn’t already heated with a new gas system.

A few years ago we bought two of your radiators, recently one only warmed on one side. I telephoned the company for advice and received an amazing, no hesitation response. “There is a fault, we will dispatch a new replacement”. Three days later it arrived. Such service was totally unexpected, terrific, unusual, and very professional. Thank you for putting my faith in such a rare business.

I ordered my radiators on Monday, received them Tuesday and have successfully installed them myself today. The process couldn’t have been easier and was made even better by unusually helpful and knowledgeable staff there! I’m really impressed with the radiators quality and value (vantage model with WiFi) and the service.

Im always a bit skeptical about contacting company's to provide products, but I needn't of been, EHE were brilliant, they ran through all the different options to me, including cheaper ones, and suggested the models that would heat my conservatory efficiently, unsettled for the af05e, german built rad, and the quality is brilliant, it heats the room so well, infact more so than my lounge with GCH, top marks to Tony who advised me on all the products, delivery was speedy too. Great company who I will definitely recommend.

What a great company this from the time you’ve received your quote, then talking to them over the phone receiving good answers to my questions. Paying was straight forward then receiving a time for delivery was spot on. Set up was straight forward which my son in-law set up as these were for him. They look and work perfectly for them. I had one issue with the towel rail which was sorted very quickly and within a week a replacement was delivered. So top marks from ordering to delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

The Aeroflow radiators have made the perfect upgrade to my homes heating. I’d trialled a cheaper option and a more expensive one. Aeroflow wins hands down! Couldn’t be happier with them. Very high quality, easy to control, economical. Everything they said they would be. Excellent company to do business with too.

Great customer care and quality. What more could you want? Electric Heating Expert came recommended by neighbours. We went for the Vantage Connect product and have been impressed with the quality and the ease of use. The app is similar to Hive but also includes temperature control on every room individually and several other features that with Hive you have to pay an extra subscription for. With Vantage Connect it is all included free. Child lock is good if you have curious youngsters. You can also set it from the app so if you rent out a property for Air BnB as we will be, any changes can be stopped or limited etc. We've called the company twice for help with minor tweaks and found them genuinely helpful and responsive. As a lone woman in her 60s and very unsure on how to refit my new flats heating system, I purchased 5 ecopanelXL from the Electric Heating Expert in July 2025. From my initial conversations on which electric radiators would suit my needs, to which size would be best for each of my rooms, the service I have been given has been exceptional. My first contact by email in April about efficiency and cost had been very well explained. The fact I didn't want an app version on a smart phone, as I preferred manual controls was also not a problem for Tony in customer services. After chatting to Tony on the phone on countless occasions with many questions skilfully answered. As I had never used and all Electric heating system before. I felt I could now make a well informed choice of radiator panels and placed my order in May. There were difficulties with my delivery but this was in No Way down to electric heating expert. As they went over and above their remit as suppliers to make sure my consignment reached me in time for my electrician to fit them. By eventually having to send my delivery consignment by overnight courier at great expense for them, and with no extra cost to me as their customer. Tony has always been extremely helpful and gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with my purchase. Even down to sending me smaller videos explaining how to set up my radiators system ready for a cozy winter this year. I can not praise this company enough for their customer service, after purchase care and how they are willing to go over and above what is required by them. I bought 8 radiators with the WiFi control box about 6 years ago. Radiators are excellent and heat the rooms quickly. I had trouble with the WiFi controller when I got a new router recently and Tony went above and beyond to get it sorted. Great service!

Thanks to Electric Heating Expert who have been excellent. I purchased x7 Vantage radiators last year and am happy so as promised one year on, I am writing this having had a good amount of time with the heating. The radiators are excellent. They reach temperature quickly, quietly and work efficiently. With very little guidance I have been able to set them without any problems but the staff have always offered help and have been very responsive. The radiators do just what it says on the tin. Very happy with my heating one year on and feel confident in this company, their radiators and their support.

I can't give enough praise for the helpfulness, professionalism and well designed Vantage heaters. The team could not have been more patient. They really know their stuff with this and the heating is actually game changing for my partner and I. So easy to use. We saved a lot of money too by making this decision and not going with the hard-sell companies. We will be back for more heaters next year and thanks again to the hard working team at EHE.

Fast delivery of a quiet and fast heating radiator. Easy to install and looks great.

I bought a set of Electric radiators. They seem great quality and I’ve now got a very controllable system at last. I had a little trouble getting the WiFi connectivity sorted. I contacted EHE and got prompt helpful advice. When the initial fix didn’t work I was given further advice and eventually got it all sorted. It was really refreshing to be helped by someone who clearly knew the product very well and was able to give specific and detailed advice. I thoroughly recommend this company for excellent products and excellent support.
