Communication was excellent throughout - very responsive, extremely prompt replies, and the whole process of sending in my 2018 MacBook Pro for a battery replacement was straightforward and hassle-free. They also went the extra mile by spotting a couple of worn keyboard keys and recommending that they be replaced at the same time, which they did for a minimal additional cost. The turnaround was very fast, everything was clearly communicated, and my MacBook is now working brilliantly again. If there was any place I recommend it’s certainly efix. The communication has been so great, with the updates and clear instructions. My MacBook was fixed and returned within the week as stated on their website. You can’t even tell it had been broken to begin with. Cannot thank these guys enough.

I had been informed by a local Macbook fixer that a replacement logic board was needed, that a fix was not possible, after regrettably spilling coffee on it and leaving it 3 months. Sent it off to eFix, had the situation diagnosed and additional work identified and then received back, logic board fixed with all memory saved, within 10 days at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect example of a small business doing it right! My MacBook M4 had a cracked screen. Right from the start, the guy that I spoke to, Andrew, was reassuring and answered every question that I had. Pricing was very fair, especially compared to taking the Mac to you-know-where. 10 days later, a well-packed and completely fixed Mac was returned to me, and I am chuffed! I enquired about the possibility of a repair to my much loved MacBook (the screen was going out before I opened it more than about 30°). I received a swift, confident reply along with a link to that specific repair. This included a price which covered insured postage both ways), a label, clear advice on packing - it all inspired such confidence! There were regular updates while my Mac was away and it was returned to me, in perfect working order, a week later - as promised. I cannot praise eFix enough - I am recommending them to everyone of my friends with MacBooks! .

Macbook A1707 with fluxgate issue. Once I confirmed how eFix resolve the issue, by extending the cable rather than just replacing it, I booked a repair. Booked on 30th June, but not sent by me for few days as needed to print label. Packaged and sent, kept up to date about safe arrival, and when being repaired mention of a hairline crack in the touchpad, that cosmetic at this time so left as is, partly as I use a mouse and external keyboard generally. Received back 10th July, so within timeframe given. For £200, which is £400 cheaper than quoted by Apple, who wanted to replace the screen, it's a no brainer, many thanks for a job well done.

Outstanding service received from eFix repairing my liquid damaged MacBook Air. Faultless repair and outstanding communication from eFix. MacBook was repaired for a half the cost of the official Apple repairers. The one year warranty on the repair gives peace of mind too. Highly recommend this company.
