KSL Training is an established UK training company, offering a rich portfolio of services, including bespoke training courses, coaching services, psychometric testing and assessment, as well as specialised team building events.

Based in Berkshire, KSL Training operate right across the UK (including Scotland and Wales), supported by a network of experienced and professionally qualified training consultants. We are Belbin accredited and licensed to use SHL, MBTI and SOVA psychometric tools.

KSL will deliver the training either virtually, at your company premises, or at a suitable external venue. Our courses and team events are typically run for three or more people, with similar learning needs.

KSL Training have experience across a wide range of industry sectors, including Local Government, Housing, Education, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, Retail, Leisure, Technology, Telecoms, Charities, Finance and the NHS. Our eclectic mix of clients include SME's and Blue Chip companies.

We are a chartered member of the CIPD, as well as being Trading Standards Approved and listed on the Buy With Confidence website.

KSL's on-line psychometric testing and assessment service is widely used by hiring organisations and recruitment and selection companies to screen prospective candidates. We supply SHL aptitude tests (verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning), SHL OPQ, and SOVA Personality Trait and Ability tests. Full consultancy support is provided.

KSL were professional and efficient to work with. My initial enquiry was followed up promptly by a phone call and it was clear that the individual was knowledgeable about the courses that they offer and able to provide advice about which would be most suitable for us. I also had the opportunity to meet with the trainer before the day, which was most welcome. KSL kept in touch very well and provided lots of useful information about the day itself and what learners would need to do. All in all, it was very well organised and communication was excellent.
