KSL were professional and efficient to work with. My initial enquiry was followed up promptly by a phone call and it was clear that the individual was knowledgeable about the courses that they offer and able to provide advice about which would be most suitable for us. I also had the opportunity to meet with the trainer before the day, which was most welcome. KSL kept in touch very well and provided lots of useful information about the day itself and what learners would need to do. All in all, it was very well organised and communication was excellent.

Take the time to get to know your business so they can make any suggested adjustments to core training programmes. The switch to online delivery has worked seamlessly, the trainers are very adept at managing the technology for as much interaction as possible in your groups. Highly recommend Kim and her team.
We have been very happy with training delivered by Iain on several occasions for 121 mentoring, Customer service support and Team Leader support. The back office support from KSL is second to none, and everyone who I've spoken with, from finance, admin right through to trainers has been polite, friendly and professional. KSL provided us with a 2 day customer service training course and some follow-up consultancy to support a brand new project set up. Their approach to helping us find the perfect solution was excellent.
