I was having problems with my main cordless phones and internet signal in the house. Brian was able to attend and assess the changes required very quickly. I agreed the actions he recommended before any work was started and he was able to carry out the work, including moving the main telephone point to a better location for the router, the same day. This immediately resolved the signal problems and both my cordless phones and wifi signal are strong throughout the house. I had lived within this problem for years and wish I had contacted Brian sooner. Thank you Brian.

We have been using Brian Kent as a consultant and as an Engineer for many years now, since he left BT. He helped us when we needed to update our old BT Telephone System to a current Digital System with Voicemail and Direct Dialling to Extensions. He has also moved various telephone lines and equipment and reduced our call costs. He has always "been there" when we need him to help with general faults, often needing to explain things in a basic way for us to understand, "which he does very well ! . He is always helpful, courteous and a pleasure to work with.
