Have used Sampson a few years before and pleased with fault locating when Sky didn't think there was. Then a new problem which meant phone calls in, knocked out our internet. Arrived within the hour, analysed the problem, then returned next day (Sunday) to fix the fault by running new cable. Checked everything worked (better than before) and charged a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend as he's a hard worker and more importantly knows his stuff and the way round service providers.
Such a fast response -- call on the day I submitted my enquiry, came the next day, priced the job quickly and did it there and then. (The job was moving my master phone/broadband port to another part of my flat. ) Friendly service, no fuss, everything you want for a job like this. This was my first time working with Sampson Telephones and I will be highly recommending to anyone who needs something similar done.

I have used Sampsons several times. I was moving my home office upstairs and Sam visited first of all to advise the best way to ensure I had a good wi-fi connection throughout the house. Sam is always punctual and friendly, and gives a quote before starting work. He moved my PC, re-connected and made sure that everything was working together with the booster plug before he left. He has helped in the past with adding and moving telephone sockets, I would highly recommend.
Sam came to sort out my telephones after I changed providers and lost some of the facilities I'd had previously. He rang the new provider on my behalf and hopefully it will soon be working properly again. Sam is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who has problems with their phones or internet.
My internet kept cutting off, Sam phoned my provider and got the line checked, and the router was faulty, Sam organised a new router to be posted and he came back a couple of days later when the router had been delivered. Sam connected it and made sure everything was working, he also made sure my mobile and tablet were online. Sam is thorough, conscientious, professional, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Sam is great for finding out what is wrong and I would highly recommend him, he is great.
A first class service from a lovely, honest and reliable man. I called Sam to help sort out our landline, which we hadn’t had working for a long time. He arrived on time and not only managed to get us up and running again he even sorted us out with faster internet that finally reaches to our bar in the back garden! Sam was extremely knowledgeable and his price was more than reasonable considering he came out twice. I would recommend Sam to anyone who needs a local and reliable service.

Despite BT telling me there was no fault- Sam detected a problem at the BT exchange, he rang them on my behalf to fix the issue. He then replaced some very old sockets and made a very neat job of them. Perfect service.
Having been without a Landline for nearly a week and unable to contact a BT engineer we contacted Mr Sampson. Within a few hours and despite appalling snow and cold he methodically restored the system to full working order. An heroic task performed smoothly and effectively. The cost was very fair considering that he had to climb a heavy ladder and work outside in severe cold. We totally recommend this Company.
Sam was recommended to me. Came and saw me next day and I advised what I required. We agreed a price and he turned up next day and did what requested but at the same he was very helpful and gave suggestions. Pleased to have found him.
