We were recommend Easilett by a family friend and are pleased to say we don’t regret our decision. As first time Landlords we where quite nervous to be letting out our family home, we wanted to make sure it was let to the right people who would respect it and look after it as if it was their own. One of Easilett’s key principles was to find the “right” tenant and not just “a” tenant. After meeting Pauline for the first time (Company founder) she soon put us at ease and was very knowledgeable about the business. The rest of the team were also very easy to communicate with and always got back to us with any queries and put any doubts we had to rest. The only slight criticism we would have is sometimes we felt communications could have been a little better. It felt like we had to chase for some answers at important stages in the process. We would just like to summarise by saying the experience with Easilett on the whole was very good with only the communications that could do with a little improvement. We have rented out our family home through Easilett for 5 years when we had to move abroad with work. The initial meeting with Pauline quickly showed such professionalism and warmth that did not compare with other agents hence our reason for choosing Easilett. Throughout our agreement the whole team could not have been more helpful or professional. Any queries/concerns were always dealt with fairly and quickly. In turn this gave us real peace of mind being so far away. I cannot recommend Easilett highly enough. Definitely the very best of any agents we have used previously. After suffering a particularly bad experience with letting out a house many years ago, we'd vowed never to do it again. Those tenants turned out to be a "Wayne and Waynetta Slob" family and the letting agent was not much better! However, some 20+ years later, we were offered a unique opportunity to spend 5 years in America. After much soul searching, we decided to consider renting our home out again. A friend had recommended Easilett, so we had a meeting with Pauline. She explained everything about the Company and we were very impressed with thier standards and professional ethos. Without Pauline's reassurance we would not have been able to make the decision to rent out again and would have missed out on our American adventure. We were not disappointed with Easilett's fully managed service. It was first rate and 1000% better than what we'd experienced previously. Easilett looked after our property for just over 6 years in the end. Communication was excellent and all routine matters were taken care of without constant recourse to ourselves … We were only contacted when significant maintenance decisions required our input. The regular and thorough inspection reports kept us well informed and we we're always confident that our house was not being neglected. Then, as the long tenancy period came to an end, we decided to sell our house. We were a little surprised to discover that Pauline and Easilett also offered an estate agency service. However, she had impressed us so much that we didn't hesitate is asking her to sell the house for us … And her fees were very competitive compared with normal high street estate agents!Pauline secured viewings with several interested parties during a very difficult time for the local housing market and with all the Brexit uncertainty going on. It didn't take too long before she came up trumps again. She found a viable buyer and assisted us all the way through the process to completion. We can't recommend Pauline and the team enough. We would thoroughly recommend Easilett from a landlords point of view. They have found us lovely tenants over the last few years and we would not consider going anywhere else. We mostly communicate via email and always get a prompt friendly and helpful response from all the staff we have had dealings with. Nothing seems to much trouble. Whatever you need they can usually source for you at a very reasonable cost.

Easilett have made my cautious approach to letting very easi! They guided me through the requirements and let the property very quickly. I rarely say this about a company but they have been amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending Easilett. A big thank you to Pauline and Vicki.

Easilett are by far one of the best letting agents that we have used. As we live out of the area it means a lot to us to know that our property is being looked after. The team thoroughly check applicants and provide practical advice on accepting the best candidates. They genuinely look after the interests of the landlord and we have never been made to feel that anything was too much trouble. All issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, with communication always excellent. Sadly we are now at the stage where we have to sell the property and even though Easilett are obviously losing the business they have still ensured that our property was handed back to us in tip top condition. I only wish we had an Easilett where we live!

The best agency in Lincoln - trust me, we went in to every single one! Most professional, has the cheapest fees and the best inventory checks for piece of mind when it comes to moving out again. Properties are professionally cleaned by the tenant who lived in the house before, so are always a very high standard and each rule is fair and in place to make moving in and moving out as easy as can be. We are very sadly moving away, but if we were ever to move to Lincoln again, we would use Easilett for sure!
