About Earth Balance Tai Chi
Earth Balance Tai Chi provides Chen style Tai Chi, Qigong and Taoist meditation classes and workshops in Ryde and Newport on the Isle of Wight.At our evening classes in Ryde, learn traditional Chen style Tai Chi, including silk reeling exercises which are the signature of the style. Learn loosening exercises, standing practice, breath work techniques, form choreography, principles and body method. With instructor Nicola.
Day/Time: Wednesdays at 7. 00pm - 8. 00pm.
Cost: £8 per class (cash or contactless credit/debit card).
Format: Drop-in, pay as you go.
Location: Newport Methodist Church Hall, Quay St, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 5BA.
