I enjoy having reason to call on the ladies at Hailsham Dyson Service Centre. Their knowledge of the products is second to none and their charges for work and parts is very acceptable. One of the aspects I enjoy so much when I visit the shop is the advice that is given to enable me to keep my Dyson cleaners operating like new.
Excellent service ! Quick and efficient yet thorough too. A few problems arose mending my machine but I was kept in the loop all the way through and clearly told what was going on each step. A lot of work involved and a very reasonable cost at the end. Happy to get my machine working and can only report a positive review here. Genuine and honest people.
My Sebo turbo brush was not working, I decided to phone and see if they could help. I was a bit worried after seeing only the negative review that was posted but when I phoned the man was really helpful so I decided to take it in. I had bought two Sebo turbo brushes as each one had seized up, they are not cheap! He very quickly adapted a new head for me and only charged £20. The review is just to say thankyou very much for all your help.
Took my four year old Dyson in as it was hardly sucking in air. Was quoted. £45. 00 to unblock the machine and was told this would be ready in 15 mins. I thought this was very expensive but the machine was not useable. I was told the machine was blocked in 3 places. I had already inspected the easiest places to check so I did not believe this. When shown the material that had supposedly been removed from the machine I realised that this could not possibly have come from our home. A piece of broken metal carpet door edging being described as the main culprit. This was not from our home I can say with 100 per cent certainty. I suspect that it was just a blocked filter. In any event £45.00 for 10-15 mins.Work is extortionate. As they only take cash I have not been able to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. I feel certain that I had bad service from this establishment.Moreexpand_more
I received a doggy dyson through eBay, called the dyson centre for help and took it in for a deep clean which included a service. The dyson came back as new I couldn't believe it, considering when I took it in it was stinking of smoke and covered in a white paint like substance throughout. When I went to pick it up I was shown how to clean the filters and maintain its cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this brilliant shop, if you need a helping hand with your dyson this is the place to go.
My husband had hoovered up a bag a sugar that had been dropped on the floor blocking the motor of our 4 month old dyson ball. I took it to the service centre and within a few hours they had taken the motor apart and cleaned it all out. Thankfully it is now working again and has saved us buying a new one. Thank you for your service, I will recommend you to any family or friend.
