Dylan is very thoughtful and conscientious. He fitted 2 sinks and units to a great standard. He made some great suggestions about where to place the units to look best. We opted to have the tiles line up with the rap in the middle and it looks great. In the downstairs toilet the unit was fitted and Dylan pointed out that we will need to move the unit up when we have new flooring, so fitted an adjustable trap to allow easy moving when we get new flooring. He also moved the pipes and covered the old holes perfectly. We would definitely recommend Dylan. Thank you.

Dylan came out to us at very short notice (on New Year’s Eve) and replaced a whole system which was needed after several leaks were found. Dylan is super friendly and does a great job - we use him for all these types of jobs and wouldn’t look to anyone else now! Thanks again!

In my hour of need, Dylan the Tap Guy came to save the day! Whilst out on another job on my street, he kindly found the time to help me out with our upstairs bathroom. 5* service, extremely polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone needing a quick fix or in depth job.

Dylan has done a couple of jobs for us - replacing or repairing taps and fitting a new bath panel. Both times he has done a fantastic job. The bath panel was particularly tricky due to the bath being badly fitted but Dylan persevered and problem solved and did a first class job. He is extremely thorough and has very high standards. He’s also a very nice man and we highly recommend him.

Very good service- Dylan responded very quickly to our request to fix our dripping mixer tap, he communicated his arrival time accurately, and is knowledgable, efficient and friendly. He replaced both cartridges to stop the drip, and is returning soon to rectify a blockage in the sink downpipe.

We have used Dylan more than once to fix and replace taps for us. He is easy to contact and to talk to on the phone, he also uses WhatsApp to share images or websites to help you choose your preferred items/aesthetic. He is reliable, and he is a genuinely nice guy. Dylan has been amazing! Professional, friendly and great time keeping. I had a leak that had been causing problems for years, had numerous professionals come and look and the causes were put down to all sorts from wind blowing in a weird direction through the chimney to old pipes. Dylan replaced an interior door for us, the door in question was an outside pedestrian garage door which had rotted we had a porch built between the house and garage so it now needed an interior door. And what an excellent job he did especially seeing as the frame wasn’t even straight, it fits perfectly. Thank you Dylan.

Dylan replaced two ceramic cartridges in my kitchen mixer tap. This solved my dripping tap problem, I am very pleased to say. Dylan was a realy friendly, personable guy to deal with and did a first class job,especially trying to use new parts to avoid expense of having to replace the whole unit. Would highly recommend him.
