Dylan - The Tap Guy

Excellent job completed by Dylan last week to replace our very old and worn out taps in WC. A genuinely lovely guy who was friendly, professional, helpful with advice and offered great value for money. Highly recommended and will be using again for future jobs.

Dylan came to paint a new staircase. He is polite friendly and very professional. Everything was left clean and tidy each day and I was happy to leave him in the house when I had to go out. I am so pleased with the finished result it looks fabulous! . He also sorted out a rumbling plumbing problem which had been going on for some time much to my relief and the neighbours! A silicone job in our new kitchen. Not the easiest to do because of the type of tiles we have but Dylan did a super job! Would definitely recommend Dylan as a knowledgeable, friendly, professional.

Had a major issue with our toilet, Dylan came out promptly to look at it, did a temporary repair to help matters and returned within a few days with all the bits and fixed the issue. Hard to find a reliable chap that does a good job at and all at a fair price. 100% reccomended by me.

I had a flushing problem with our toilet. There was actually a little more to be done than first expected, but this wasn't a problem for Dylan. He carries a range of spare parts and was able to fix my problem on the same day. Great service, definitley one of the old school, very dependable and a thoroughly nice bloke too. I had a leaking bath tap that needed replacing. Dylan came around a few hours after I called and did a great job, highly recommended.

We needed new bathroom taps but not urgently however I contacted Dylan mid morning, he called back a couple of hours later having purchased the taps for us and fitted them early afternoon! Absolutely superb service and a first class job.

We had a constantly running flush and we were given Dylan's details by a friend. We cannot recommend him enough. He diagnosed the problem from some amateur video recordings ahead of visiting so he had the right parts before he visited. Good communication all the way and excellent service. So lovely to find a professional who cares about the little jobs. So many professionals are only interested in big jobs and aren't interested in the little jobs. Such a breath of fresh air.

I phoned Dylan and he arrived in a couple of hours. Did an excellent job in solving the problem professionally with no fuss. A very pleasant and friendly gentleman and we had a good chat to boot !
