I’ve recently passed my test first time! Derek’s lessons are well organised and I learnt new things every lesson I had. Would definitely recommend his driving school.

Couldn't recommend derek enough! Derek is an amazing instructor, with the patience of a saint! I started off quite a nervous driver, and didn't always trust my own instinct, he taught me to be confident and to believe in myself! He pushed me out of my comfort zone (not enough to cause me to have a breakdown of course) he was so welcoming right from the start, friendly and funny (future pupils please ask him to show you his many accent impressions). Derek I can't thank you enough for your time, help and patience with me, you were amazing!

I was very fortunate to have Derek as a Driving Instructor. As someone who had put off driving for a long time, Derek gave me incredible confidence and knows exactly when and how far to push you just enough out of your comfort zone to progress effectively without making you feel pressured. He is also able to micro his time like a punctual wizard. Always arriving on time, and never returning late. I found his tutoring allowed me take to the road solo with confidence, and I continue to hear his "reminders" ring in my ear whenever I get to a roundabout. Cheers for all your help Derek.

From the start Derek was very welcoming and enthusiastic to help, I struggled in a few things but he kept me going and motivated me right to the end. Very good instructor would highly advise other learner drivers to use him.

Derek was amazing when teaching me to drive. He is brilliant at encouraging learners to try their best, and always works on our critiques. He was a great laugh during every lesson and is a great guy.

Derek has to be the best driving instructor out there! From day one he has been amazing! Unbelievably knowledgeable and so calm and patient. I have anxiety and he was amazing in calming me down and reminding me I am able to do it. Lessons were always fun and had great conversations! Derek is one of a kind! He teaches everything thing in perfection. I have anxiety yet being around Derek makes me forget that as he's such a nice person and I couldn't have gone with a better Driving instructor.

Derek is a driving instructor with a wealth of a knowledge as a driving instructor with years of experience. He has a lot of patience and understands that every one is different and will progress at different levels and Derek understands this. I can't recommend him enough since he knows what he is doing and is a fantastic fella.

Derek is both a great driving instructor and a great person. He gave me confidence from the first lesson and taught everything in an easy and concise manner, and without his phenomenal teaching I wouldn't have been able to pass first time!
