Based in Rainham, Diamond Heating and Plumbing provides Heating and Plumbing services to customers throughout Kent. Set up in 2006 the company has 30 years of experience in the Central Heating Services market.
Our Experienced and friendly engineers are reliable, punctual, professional and more than capable of tackling any job presented to them. They carry a large stock of parts and materials, so they can get you up and running again as quickly as possible.

Established in 2006 Diamond Heating and Plumbing are a family run business based in Kent. Since that time we have steadily grown into one of the most respected Heating, Plumbing and Gas specialists in Kent.
We are a growing company, and pride ourselves on the fact that more than 70% of our work is repeat business, or recommendation from our existing customer base.
We believe this is because our customers have complete trust in the work we do, and the overall service we provide. Many of our customers have been with us for years and regularly recommend us to friends and family.
Our engineers are fully qualified for the work they carry out, and do it in a proffessional manner. They all carry dust sheets, shoe covers, hoovers etc and will treat your home with respect. Our aim is to leave the work area at least as tidy as we found it.
We realise it is not always possible to be at home during the day due to work or family commitments, which often means paying higher rates for engineer visits during the evening and at weekends. To help reduce the financial burden on our customers, we have introduced new charging hours. Our normal daytime rate is now applicable from 7.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. So far, this change has been very popular with our current customers, and we beleive it has won us some new ones, which is great!
All our work is covered by £2M public liability insurance, which I am pleased to say we have never needed to use.
We only supply and install quality materials, so you can be confident of a 1st class job. All our workmanship and materials are fully guaranteed.
Our charging structure is completely transparent. We have no hidden charges and will make sure that you are fully aware of all costs involved, both during the work, and at the end, with a breakdown on your invoice.

Boiler/system Servicing and Repair.
Regular maintenance and servicing of your boiler and central heating system will ensure the boiler is working safely, save you money on your fuel bills, and reduce the risk of potentially costly breakdowns. All manufacturers recommend your boiler is serviced every 12 months.
During a service we will: Carry out a visual inspection of the boiler to ensure in complies with current regulations.
Remove the boiler case and check components for gas/water leaks or heat damage.
Clean the combustion chamber, burner and injectors where necessary.
Reassemble and run the boiler. Check safe operation of the fluing and ventilation, check the burner pressure/gas rate and carry out a combustion performance check with an Electronic Flue Gas Analyser.
Check the system electrical supply fuse and correct operation of the system controls.
Carry out an inspection of your visible pipework, radiators and hot water tank.
Supply a Service/Maintenance checklist either in paper form or electronically via email.
We service and repair all makes and models of domestic gas boilers, including back boilers and specialise in fault finding on system electrics and controls.
We are happy to give advice and often solve problems over the phone, making a callout unnecessary.
Part of our job is to ensure your boiler or system is working at its maximum efficiency, which in turn will reduce your energy consumption and ultimately, your bills.
With this in mind, if our engineer feels your system would benefit from an improvement or upgrade, he will make you aware of it, explain fully why he feels you would benefit and provide a no obligation quote for the recommended work.
