I can't thank these guys enough, especially Mark. My comp died and he sorted it out for just about £50. I know it it should have been more, but what stars. They helped me, it was just after Christmas ffs, but Mark got my baby to breathe again. I'm epileptic so my baby is my arm to the outside world. Thanks guys, esp Mark.
With over a two week waiting list in place at the Apple Store, I took my MAC to Delta Nine with a power supply problem. It was diagnosed very quickly and the part ordered. Yes, there was a wait for it to be delivered, but as soon as the part arrived, it was fixed the same day. I'd still be waiting for an appointment in the Apple Store if it wasn't for Delta Nine. Superb service for a very competitive price too. Very chuffed indeed.
You genuinely can't beat the service these group of guys provide, I haven't seen this service in any other shop. I'd use them over any others and I live up north now but I still prefer to travel to them than use others. If you want to move away from those horrid consoles or just need a computer to word process/web browsing these guys will take your budget into consideration and will build you the best PC for you money that you can possibly get! Also Jamie has stayed late working my computers cause he knows I have deadlines, you don't get that anywhere else from my experience, truly brilliant shop and staff. Great Service! I have used Delta Nine for the past 5 years now. Jamie has your best interest at heart when you visit the shop and the service and knowledge is far better than the 'big brand' stores. I always feel confident buying from delta nine as the after service is faultless. I very honest and genuine company. At last! 10/10.

One day, as it happens, my computer wouldn't turn on. Took it down to the shop late afternoon one day and they called back the very next day with the reason why it wasn't working, a duff motherboard. They put in a new one for a very reasonable price, worked like a charm when I got it home - and has worked ever since! I later found out the computer model line had a widespread hardware failure that if left unfixed eventually damaged most of the pieces, so thanks D9, you saved me hundreds of £s on a complete replacement! Great service from friendly people, they are my go-to computer shop even when I'm quite far away.
