Our faulty system was replaced very efficiently and promptly and with no need to make good any decoration. Everything was explained and the house feels safe again.

They were very prompt in answering my request for a quote and once agreed arranged to install the system within the following week. The installation team arrived on time and got on with the job A team of three had completed the installation by mid afternoon. My only comment is that they should have covered my desk and computer with dust cloths before they started drilling. All round we are very please with the installation.

Having just moved into the area we found our new home alarm system was dated and needed to be serviced and updated. I searched and found Defensor Security and requested his advise. He visited my house and carried out a service and has now updated my system. I am fully satisfied with all aspects of his work and found him to be a gentleman with a pleasent manner and persona;lity. Steve arrived on time and was able to install the alarm on a Saturday as I work in the week. He was very polite, helpful and tidy. Before the install he was open and honest ref the product and Time to install. He was very quick and thorough in his work.
