I have been using this company exclusively for the last few years and cannot praise them highly enough. In times of computer meltdown (mine really! ) they have come to the rescue and reduced my blood pressure significantly! Even when abroad, I have been able to call upon their services and been rescued. A personal service that should be recognised for what it is… Excellent!

Had a hard drive melt down and could not access anything on a backup drive that had failed. There was nearly 2tb of photographs on the drive and I reckon Datafixer managed to get 90% of them. If you find yourself in this situation, I would highly recommend their services. Thank you. I thought I had lost all the pictures of my kids growing up and my wedding.

Tony revived my MacBook Pro when the discrete graphics died and it was failing to boot. He promised a fix within 24 hours which thankfully was the case. The Mac now back in use instead of being a £1k paperweight. Excellent work and sensible cost.

Computer lost internet phoned Datafixer who made an appointment for 11. 30 turned up on the time, took computer away returned at 2. 30 fixed at the price quoted genuine reliable person.

Upgrade the hard disk on my mac book pro and moved the data across works like a new machine very inpressed.

Tony was recommended to me by my sister, and I have now had cause to use him on 3 occasions. Each problem was solved efficiently and I think for a very reasonable charged for what seemed to be involved. Would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Last week my external hard drive stopped working. It contained every single photo and video I had of my 2 children and more. A quick Google search and enquiries left me puzzled as to what to do next, who could recover all the data, the most expensive company with the big advertising budget or a local company? A week after having contacted Tony from Datafixer, I have now recovered all photos, videos and files and could not be happier and more relieved. My son lost his degree thesis and final submissions because his computer crashed on the very day of submission, just when he was transferring everything to externhal hard drive. It was a real crisis. We had the good luck to contact this firm and they were magnificent in helping him. To our astonishment they managed to recover all his lost data, and in excellent time. They just did not give up. The service was second to none and the price was good. We are delighted and relieved and recommend them to anyone.
