My bikes gears were not changing to the top chainring. Rachid came twice to fix the issue (turns out I had to order a part) and since then the gears have been fine, no issues. Rachid was a very pleasant gentleman and I would recommend him. The only issue for me is the cost - compared to anyother tradesman the price is high.

I must say that your work is second to none. Perfect in fact. Certainly much improvent to the bike and cycling. Battery use seems improved also, due to tyre pressure being correct. I have selected an item with pressure guage through Amazon and need to know tyre pressure if possible. If I am able to recommend you all I will, and also wish I could arrange further services per year, as bike is used much.

I have been using Cycledelik for over four years now and belong to one of their membership schemes. My bikes are scheduled for frequent check ups and are kept in the best condition which minimizes issues while on the road. However, when something does go wrong the team is very flexible and reliable to help you out. They come on site to where you are and carry a wide stock of bike parts to quickly get your riding again. I think the best part of this is that they come to you. So when I commute to work they can visit my office to replace a flat. They also come to my home in greater London to carry out service on the whole families bikes. The value of the membership has paid for itself many times over in convenience alone. Plus service is always with a smile. Thanks Rachid!

Excellent and enthusiastic service provided by Rachid. He clearly loves what he does and was totally professional. The full overhaul service is not cheap but in the end he provided a great service and followed up with a return visit to make sure everything was 100%.

Rachid really knew his stuff, and was really thorough. First time I had used a home servicing facility and was really impressed with all aspects.

The steel tubing forming the frame of our Bike Hod trailer was cracked through after fifteen years of regular use. Rachid came round bang on the agreed time. He welded the tubing after reinforcing it inside with close-fitting steel rod: an excellent, professional repair.
