A backup drive containing 20 years worth of work failed. Adrian managed to retrieve the files within 3 days which was a huge relief. Hoping I won't be in this situation again, but if I am, would definitely use Cybercall.

Beer spillage on mac -- was convinced was a goner. Adrian fixed it the next day, and had it back to me the day after that. Very fast. When other things went wrong, Adrian didn't charge me all over again -- instead he kept the price the same, which I very much appreciate. Would highly recommend.

After having problems with my laptop, where it wouldn't turn on and just shut down randomly, I tried taking my laptop to Sony where it was purchased 2 years ago. They told me it would be £65 just to test it as they didn't know the problem. So I found Adrian's number on google and rang him.
