I am a fully qualified and insured body worker with 20 years of experience offering treatments to support you to feel better, get better and live your life better.

I specialise in targeted cryotherapy and NO HANDS massage and I am committed to ongoing training and increasing my knowledge in health and wellbeing so that you can be confident of receiving the best treatment possible.

Targeted cryotherapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment superficially cools the skin over a short time using extremely low temperatures. As cold vapour is applied to your skin, the body responds by driving blood away from the treatment area. Then increased levels of blood return to the area, heating it up and increasing metabolic processes to improve healing rates, reduce inflammation and promote speedy rehabilitation.
