This is the best hosting company I have ever used. We got a virus that we could not get rid of and no one seemed able to help us. In desperation I called Crown Hosting and asked for help. They told me what to do and sent a link to a programme that got rid of it for us. The service given goes well beyond what one might reasonably expect.

As someone who is definately not a techie, and who generally finds this field quite beyond my reach, I had been struggling with a couple of major points regarding who to use to host a website for a business I am setting up. I was trying to find an honest broker who would guide and help me, yet not take advantage of my hard to conceal naivetee. This fear was compounded by reading mainly one, but also some other internet articles which focused on the negative side - especially regarding the scammers and tricks they employ. I was downhearted by this as I couldn't see a way forward with my plan, without opening up myself to things like losing control of the site name etc. However, on a recommendation, I was directed to Chris, who couldn't have been more helpful with his support and direction. I consequently trust the company. On a separate project on which I am working for someone else, Chris uploaded several images for me, which, looking at the timespan of his registered work, took a considerable bit of time, and for which he didn't charge me. I would happily recommend.
