Jason really looks after you. Went the extra mile yet again. Great service for my classic Harley Davidson.

New inner tube on back wheel of my TTR 250 Yamaha replaced immediately. Charged for 30 mins though job took 40, (no rounding up hours, unlike many others). Jason is very friendly and extremely helpful, going above and beyond expectations. 5 star rating all round.

Dropped in to book an mot, took bike in the next day. Prompt and cheerful service. Nice to have a local business that treats it's customers so well.

Jason picked my non running bike up at 9am and by 6pm he rung me up and told me the bike was ready for collection, full service, mot and also some welding on my spare exhaust. Absolutely outstanding service thanks guys.

Great service for very reasonable price. If you own a bike anywhere around Bedford this is the place to go, you're leaving your bike in good hands. For me, whenever it was something small like adjusting chain or changing oil or other fixes, they were always very informative and offered good advice. Highly recommended place.

After 16 years sitting in a garage, I took my cbr600 down to craven motorcycles to see if it was worth getting it fixed. Not only did they fix it, they did it in record time, for a really good price! What a great pair of lads they are. If your looking for an honest friendly service for your biking needs, ( let's face it we all are. Plenty of sharks out there, ) then look no further than craven. I went to Rick Stringers and got quoted £1000, then one of my mates recommended me to Craven Motorcycles and they quoted me less than a quarter of the price! The service was great and they even did little extras for free.

I've recently had an exhaust weld, a new chain fitted and all the brakes overhauled. Top notch service to make sure it's all done properly and they're prepared to spend a bit of time going over some general advice.

Took my ER6f in for service after my usual place shut down and Craven Motorcycles was recommended by a trusted biker mate. And I'm happy to say they were brilliant! Friendly, easy to deal with and the work was carried out to a very high standard. I will definitely be using them from now on for any work that needs doing. Gave me confidence they knew what they were talking about and explained it clearly enough for a relative newbie like me to understand. Couldn't ask for more, thanks boys!

I had asked Jason to look at my Virago as the MOT was coming up and there were a few problems. His advice was given freely and did not involve him doing any work. Unfortunately, my bike broke down. I called Jason and he came out immediately to collect it and bring me back into town. I authorised repairs (new manifold rubbers), which were carried out promptly at very reasonable cost considering how awkward the job was. He even sorted out another couple of problems he uncovered while working on my bike. It passed the MOT easily afterwards. If you want a fair, honest and knowledgeable mechanic who will tell you what you need and not what he can sell you, then you cannot go wrong with Jason at Craven Motorcycles. I had an accident near Bedford, so I arranged for them to collect my scooter. They were really friendly and put me at ease. They fixed my scooter well, and put a new l plate on.

Problem with vespa, bike was picked up as arranged, before problem was fixed all possible costs, parts etc were explained before work carried. Super polite service and even follow up call to check happy with work. These guys are not your usual run of the mill bike shop owners, would recommend to anybody who has a bike to use.
