Terrible unprofessional Company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Lack of communication and updates. I always have to chase up the company for updates on my case. When I get told I’ll get a call back no one calls me, My emails get ignored and this has happened several times. As I write this there has been changes to Who is my case handler and I don’t even know what their name is as there have been no formal introduction to me when these changes where made. I wish I knew that this company where like this I would have taken my custom else where. This has added to more stress than I need. At this point I don’t want to deal with the company anymore Even though my case has not been completed as I’ve lost all confidence in them.Moreexpand_more
