Started using their call answering service last year as our receptionist needed to reduce her hours and we were a bit stuck. A friend recommended another company which we also trialed but preferred Connect and their pricing. Had a minor complaint in December as an urgent message didn't make it's way to me quickly enough but was rectified when we added a VIP list which are transferred straight through now. Would highly recommend.

Read the small print. You have to give 1 month notice from your next invoice to leave and they sting you for your current call quota. Unable/willing to make improvements. Wrong message for wrong person. Bookings made incorrectly. Avoid.

We've been with Connect for nearly 2 years and they are very much part of how our business runs. We use the service as an overflow for our reception and to be honest I sometimes forget that they are not in our office when I have a call transferred through. From memory we were set-up in a couple of hours and it has been an excellent service from day one. Would definately recommend thanks.
