CranioSacral Technique (CST) reduces chronic pain, improves the quality of your sleep, reduces stress and aids relaxation. After treatment all clients feels more relaxed, rejuvenated and find sleep has vastly improved.

CST is gentle, light pressure hands on technique that is conducted through clothing on a heated couch.
