About College Green

I created College Green with the aim of producing a range of natural soaps, bath soaks and pillow sprays that are gentle, effective, suitable for use by people with sensitive skin, and free of synthetic ingredients, parabens and palm oil.

The range is available online, at Stroud Farmers' Market on the fourth Saturday of the month, and a small number of selected retail outlets in the Stroud area.

There are five soaps in the College Green range, each containing a custom blend of skin soothing oils and butters, Cotswold spring water and pure essential oils.

College Green bath soaks are made with three magnesium-rich salt - Epsom salt, Himalayan pink salt and Dead Sea Salt, gentle colloidal oatmeal and pure essential oils.

College Green Sleep Easy Pillow Spray and Room Mist is a custom blend of four essential oils, each celebrated for its ability to relax, calm and prepare the mind for sleep: lavender, chamomile, neroli and patchouli.

It is available as a 100ml spray, suitable for spraying directly onto pillows, around any room, on linen, clothing and on yoga mats. Rated as "first class" by the perfume blogger Stephan Matthews it helps to create a feeling of deep relaxation and calm.

Sleep Easy is also available as a reed diffuser, suitable for bedside tables; the gentle fragrance will help promote a peaceful night's sleep.

Transform your home into a sanctuary with a College Green candle or reed diffuser. Candles are made with pure soy wax - a clean burning, soot free natural wax, unbleached Italian cotton wicks and top quality nature identical fragrances. `.

They are carefully hand poured into amber glass jars - 180ml and large 500g three wick candles set with gem stones.

College Green reed diffusers are made with a vegan diffuser base and top quality nature identical fragrances. They are poured by hand into heavy glass bottles, and come with extra thick reeds created from recycled materials that don't need flipping.

College Green is an eco conscious business that strives to use natural ingredients, minimise waste and use recycled materials wherever possible.

Gift wrapping is unique vintage silk scarves, based on the Japanese `furoshiki' tradition that uses no tape or string. It's fun, eco friendly and is a gift in itself.

College Green soaps are wrapped in artisan paper printed in the UK with vegetable inks, or available as an unwrapped option.

Bath soaks, candles and reed diffusers are made with glass jars which can be reused in a variety of ways or recycled.

I have been awarded a Plastic Free Champion by Surfers Against Sewage - created for businesses that avoid the use of unnecessary single use plastic and champion environmentally sustainable business practices.
