Chroma Home Cleaning

Brilliant service as the cleaner really does do a deep clean each time. I've had a number of cleaners with other companies previously and they have only done surface level cleans. Sarah at Chroma has amazed me as the home smells so fresh and all the surfaces, cupboards and hard to get to areas are left spotless. Highly recommend Chroma Cleaning.

I hired a house cleaner through this company for 2 hours a week for 4 weeks. This week I have asked to cancel the service as although the cleaner was a lovely person, the cleaning service lacked attention to detail and experience and I was left disappointed. A few examples:- mould build up in bathrooms, around sink drains, taps and underneath shampoo bottles not cleaned- floors greasy after mopping - looks like too much product was used- kitchen floor not vacuumed properly- vacuum never emptied at end of clean- mirrors left streakyAfter asking to cancel the service I was told I would need to pay a months notice cancellation fee. I explained I was not happy to do this considering I have not been satisfied with the service (I did not even ask for a refund of the previous cleans, I just did not want to continue paying for a service that I could do a better job of myself). I also never signed any agreement that included this 'cancellation' term. The cancellation fee was taken out of my account without my consent and the owner of the company has repeatedly refused to return the money. This money goes to the company, not the cleaner. I am hugely disappointed with the lack of professionalism I have received from this company, the way I have been treated and the fact money has essentially been stolen from me. I would never recommend this company to anyone. You are much better off cleaning yourself. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.Moreexpand_more

After having a deep clean at our home in Llandaff, I was really impressed with my cleaner Sophie. The house was spotless and was well worth not spending my own time on it. We then decided to have a regular weekly clean with Chroma, and Sophie was free to clean for us each week. Having the same cleaner each time surprised me and was something we didn't have with a previous cleaning company. Thanks for everything!

After moving from Bridgend to Cardiff, I changed home cleaning providers to Chroma Cleaning, and it was the best thing I did. We used to have problems with the cleaner not turning up on the right times but now our cleaner arrives on schedule and if there is a problem we can contact the office staff any time to solve it. Brilliant!

Just had the first month of my regular weekly cleaning service and I have to say that I am impressed. Not only is all of the cleaning done but the ironing and dishes are done for when I get home from work! Now I have more time to spend with my kids and love it! Thank you for giving me back my time.
