I have worked as a ICT and Business teacher and a leader in secondary schools for over 20 years. In my most recent role as Head of Sixth Form at a College I gained a wealth of experience supporting a guiding students through pastoral and mental health issues. I found this very rewarding and and then the Corona virus pandemic changed the world we live in.

Like many people, this gave me the time to re-evaluate my life and career. I realised that even though I had enjoyed my career in education that I was not living a life that aligned to my values.

Armed with the knowledge that I still wanted a career where I was able to help people I retrained as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with the prestigious UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

Now in my private practice I work with others who have realised that they are not living their life by the values that they hold dear.

I also work with clients who are suffering from stress and anxiety, I work with them to overcome and give them the skills to be able control these feelings and improve the quality of their life.

Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) is a form of therapy that combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques with hypnosis. It is a powerful tool for improving mental health and overcoming a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, addiction, and chronic pain.
