Chilled Driving Tuition

I passed my test first time thanks to having Shaun P as my instructor. The lessons were really helpful and he was a great teacher!

I’ve been doing driving lessons with James for around 13 months and today I passed my test! When I started doing lesson with him I was so nervous, had no confidence in myself and I hated driving. But he has changed all of that for me! He is such a lovely and funny person who has a lot of patience for people who suffer with anxiety. He made the lesson fun, enjoyable and I actually loved doing the lessons with him and would look forward to it every week. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Thankyou again James you are the best!

My instructor, Paul, was so helpful and attentive across my journey of learning to drive. He was patient and had a positive attitude the whole way and I have Chilled to thank for providing him as my instructor as I passed first time in an Automatic with less than the average amount of hours! Thank you Paul and thank you Chilled.

I started as an unconfident driver, but Will M really helped me to be confident in my driving skills, and got me through my driving test after a journey of ups and downs. I couldn't ask for a better instructor, I really enjoyed my time learning, thank you Will M.

I have just passed my test with Paul H first time. I am very pleased with my driving experience as Paul is very patient, considerate and easy to talk to, making my experience very comfortable and enjoyable. I would also recommend Paul as I have only done 28. 5 hours of lessons with Paul and no private ones with parents. So I want to say a massive thank you to Paul and would recommend him to future drivers doing automatic or intensive.

Just passed my test and I couldn't be more happier, Steve M was soo helpful throughout all of my lessons and was very welcoming also to make me feel at ease. Couldn't rate him any higher and I'm soo glad that he helped me with any troubles that I came across throughout my time learning with him as my driving instructor, can't wait to be on the road and thank you again Steve M :).

I have just passed my test on the first attempt with the wonderful guidance and patience of my instructor, Steve M. Chilled is definitely an apt name, I felt very at ease throughout every lesson. Honestly don't think I could have done it without Steve and while I am now enjoying my new found driving freedom at 36, I will miss our lessons and our friendly banter ! I would highly recommend Steve M to anyone who is a bit anxious about driving, and have already passed the details on- there certainly won't be any anxiety by the time you pass with him ! A fantastic experience from beginning to end, from the first email enquiry I have found everyone to be so helpful and laid back. Thank you again :).

James was very professional, patient and reassuring when things went wrong. He kept things slow and simple which really helped. Lessons were fun, had great conversations and a great driving playlist!

James was such a lovely instructor always very reassuring when things went wrong and helped me work on things without telling me off. Don’t think there was a single lesson we weren’t laughing which was perfect for settling my nerves and helping me relax. Defo had some interesting convos but loved every second.

From the very first interaction with chilled I found their whole service to be extremely helpful and felt as ease from the get go , my first instructor Dan Smithson was very warm and welcoming I had explained to him and chilled that I had not driven in at least 15 years before the start of my course and he was very patient with me as I was very rusty but within the first 5 minutes he had put me at ease and I really enjoyed my course. Unfortunately I didn't pass my test at the first attempt due to a error on my part and chilled to their credit arranged me a second test as quickly as they could, with the wait time for tests being what they are at the moment it did take a few weeks but again to their credit chilled keep in touch with me throughout and kept me informed and were very very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't passed on my second attempt either due again to an error on my part , my second instructor steve brooks was again very welcoming and helpful and put me at ease straight way , my third instructor Shaun catchpole was as equally welcoming and helpful we talked through the reasons I had failed my previous test and worked on them in the short time we had before my test and all the instructions from all three was extremely helpful. In summary I couldn't recommend chilled highly enough to anyone looking for a friendly, professional, comfortable and quality driving school.

I had to take the driving tests again because my Turkish driving license was not accepted in the UK. Having driven for nearly a decade, I had developed some bad habits, such as not checking the side mirrors during turns. My driving instructor, Danny Meier, corrected these habits and gave me all the information I needed to pass. Thanks to him, I passed the test on my first attempt with only 4 minors.

Brilliant ! Sympathetic practical calm tuition and support from Norwich Chilled. My son passed with no minors ! Thx all ? .

After a previous bad experienced doing manual lessons with another local company, I was recommended Chilled Driving by a friend. I started automatic lessons with Shaun Payne in spring. He was very patient with me and understanding of my anxiety. He didn't make me feel stupid if I made a mistake. He helped boost my confidence in myself and reassured me I could do it when I was struggling with manoeuvres. Thanks to Shaun I passed my test last week, first time with only 2 minors!

Couldn’t have done it without Shaun and his guidance! From day one he made me feel at ease and believed in my abilities, when often I doubted myself. I graduated this year as a social worker, and this means I can now do the job I’ve worked so hard for. Thank you Shaun! And thank you Chilled Driving Tuition Ltd.

I passed first time with Danny! He was an amazing instructor who was patient, understanding and encouraging. Chilled is a great driving school that gives anxious drivers an opportunity to gain confidence behind the wheel!

Simon helped me pass my driving test first time today with no minors! He was a great teacher and helped me feel more relaxed and confident when driving. Simon is really friendly and really good at explaining and demonstrating new things in the car, so I felt really prepared for the test and really enjoyed the process of learning. Having a mock test with the company was really useful, and it helped that Simon was flexible with lesson times. I’m so happy that I’ve passed and really grateful for Simon and Chilled for the experience of learning to drive and now having passed my test!

Sam n helped me pass first time today! The whole experience was great from start to finish. Admin team super helpful with the initial booking and sam was flexible when it was sometimes needed. We worked together to get a plan in place so I was ready for my test, and I'm so happy that all the hard work paid off. Maybe not the cheapest driving school out there but so worth it for the level of tuition and service given, and the results speak for themselves! Sam helped massively with any jitters or confusion I had, and was always so kind and patient. I had the best time on our lessons so I will (weirdly) miss them - never thought I'd say that about driving! Thank you so much sam and everyone at chilled!
