Zoe is the loveliest person! She helped me get over my post-grad fear of starting work. I’m starting to thrive now, not just because of the hypnotherapy, but also because of her kind and inspirational approach to any issue I wanted us to work on. Seeing her was such a valuable experience every time - I’d continue seeing her forever if I could! Thankyou Zoe!
I went to see Zoe wanting to lose weight and to use hypnotherapy to do this, I thought it would be a straight forward 4 sessions focusing on my eating etc. I actually got a very personalised program specific for me which has worked out so much better than what I had imagined! My therapy was planned after we had an in depth chat at our first consultation - which I found invaluable and pivotal to my therapy - and this happened because Zoe took the time to explore my issues in depth with me. The therapy has changed my life in so many positive ways, I still have a way to go but I feel so much more positive and prepared to reach the goals I want. I know the hypnotherapy has helped but I also count myself lucky I found Zoe as a therapist as without her am I not sure I would have come this far. I highly recommend her and I look forward to working with her again in the near future! Thank you Zoe.
I contacted Zoe, as I was experiencing terrible anxiety/health anxiety brought on by the menopause and felt I needed some support. Zoe was very sympathetic and provided much needed advice/therapy during a very difficult time. After having five sessions, I felt more relaxed and began to deal with things in a more pragmatic way. I would recommend Zoe to any friends, or family who are considering alternative therapy and would like to thank her for her support.
I have been coming to Zoe for a number of months now to address my OCD and general anxiety, which I have suffered with for a few years. Throughout the therapy it has helped me to process my emotions and establish healthy coping mechanisms when managing my OCD and anxiety. The therapy has helped me so much so that I am able now to rationalise my thoughts and not allow them to overwhelm me. I know that I still need to continue practicing these coping strategies so that I do not overwhelm myself but Zoe has helped me get to a stage where I can be happy and present in the moment, which is something that I really struggled with prior to the therapy. All I can say is that I cannot thank you Zoe enough for her continued support and professionalism in helping me with an issue that I have struggled with for so many years. For anyone that is suffering with similar issues, I would highly recommend Zoe as she has done wonders for me.
I decided to give hypnotherapy a go to try and overcome the physical and mental effects that plague me in presentation/public speaking type situations. I first spoke to Zoe on the phone to see if she thought my problems were something that she could help with, and I was instantly reassured and set up my first session. The therapy has had a huge positive impact on me for the reasons that I first intended to, giving me more confidence and calmness to present/speak in front of groups of people. More importantly, the therapy has generally had a really positive impact on my overall mental wellbeing. I've always been an anxious person, which is intensified by a stressful job, but everything seems so much easier these days as a result of the shift in mindset that the therapy has given me. In all situations I feel so much calmer, and I've unintentionally found the ability to get to sleep easily/quickly, which is something I've struggled with all my life. The sessions with Zoe were focussed on specific situations that I wanted help with, and between sessions Zoe provided more generic recordings to listen to which help in building that overall calmness which I listened to before bed most nights. I can't thank Zoe enough for her help and I'd recommend giving hypnotherapy a try to anyone who is considering it. I had hypnotherapy with Zoe a few years ago to help with my life-long eczema which had become particularly bad at the time. I was covered head-to-toe in rashes, feeling extremely anxious, my skin was constantly itchy, I often scratched it which made it worse, and the cycle continued. However, within the first few sessions with Zoe I was already feeling less stressed and learning how to manage the skin-itching outside of the sessions. This helped my skin condition to improve but also allowed me to think clearly and make decisions about my medical treatment going forward, which was just not possible with the crippling anxiety I was experiencing beforehand. I would certainly recommend hypnotherapy with Zoe.
I saw Zoe as I HAD an aversion to most food groups and decided to try hypnotherapy. What can I say this has literally changed my life as her help has seen me eating foods which I never have before. To put this into context I am a 46 year old woman who HAD never even eaten Chicken! I cannot recommend the service enough, if you WANT to change for the right reasons Zoe will give you the confidence and tools to start the journey. The only problem I now have is keeping this in check otherwise will be back for losing weight help.
I developed a fear of flying after a bad experience and avoided overseas holidays for several years. I have wanted to to visit family in America but was reluctant to take the first steps. After talking to Zoe, she was so calm, reassuring, and made me feel so relaxed. She made me realisie that my fears were not based on logical reasons. I am so happy that I have now been to see my brother in America and I am determined to enjoy future holdays overseas. I cannot recommend Zoe highly enough.
Zoe has helped me work through a needle and blood phobia that I have struggled with for many years. Working with Zoe over a number of months has helped me manage and control how I handle my phobia, how to cope with stress and anxiety which exacerbate the phobia and as a result I have been able to confidently manage all needles and blood tests required as part of pregnancy. Something I was very concerned about. Zoe's calm, friendly and professional manner meant I always felt comfortable at every session to be able to open up about wider problems that I hadn't even relised I needed to accept and work through as they impacted how I handled my phobia. I would without a doubt recommend Zoe to anyone. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be in such a good place now without her! Thank you Zoe! :).
I went to Zoe a few years ago to help with my insomnia and anxiety. I had tried a range of other therapies to help but none seemed to do the trick; then I came to Zoe - slightly dubious about Hypnotherapy I must add - and it has honestly changed my life. I cannot thank Zoe enough for her help, she was amazing and I could not recommend her enough.
Zoe has really helped me with anxiety around sleep which had been an ongoing issue for me for a number of years. Her personable, calming and very caring approach really got to the heart of my anxiety and the improvements have been amazing. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing any form of anxiety.
I went to see Zoe about a sleep problem that I had been suffering with for quite a while. I found that I could relax around her and I felt very comfortable in off loading my problems and not only did she make me feel better about myself see improved my self confidence and started to turn my life around.
Zoe was great at helping me through a difficult time with hypnotherapy, I found it really helped me to relaxed and reprogram my ways of thinking and dealing with situations. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe environment to deal with a personal issue.
