I had my 2 boys cremated here in September 2017. The service I received was second to none. Paul is the kindest most caring person you could wish for, to help you through this traumatic time. My boys are sleeping in a lovely leather and brass casket, with me and my 5…. Three of whom loved and miss them to bits. Thank you for making the unbearable, bearable.

Devastated when my beautiful boy passed, decided that vets are useless, put the pet in freezer, and never sure what you get back. He was compassionate and caring and cremated my beloved dog on his dog bed, he is now back with me, until I go.

The service provided was second to none. I contacted Paul the day before my beautiful Westie Geoffrey going to be put to sleep. He was extremely compassionate and made what was the most difficult decision I have ever had to make a little easier. Geoffrey was collected within hours of being put to sleep and was back with me 24 hrs later. A beautiful casket and paw cast that I will treasure. Also some of his fur, paw prints and a beautiful card. Thankyou for the wonderful job you do and for treating Geoffrey with care and respect. Have already shared my experience with others who may need this wonderful service in the future. Thankyou once again and God Bless. Xx.

Our 16 year old British Blue, Madison, passed away quickly and unexpectedly on Easter Sunday night. Looking around on Easter Monday for cremation options I found Charlies Parlour and sent them an enquiry through their website. Not only did Paul get in touch that day he arranged to meet us at the Parlour to pass Madison over and we collected her ashes the next afternoon. An exceptional, personal and caring service on a bank holiday weekend.

The cremation process was handled with sensitivity and compassion. Paul acknowledged our distress and his approach put us at ease. He was timely and never made it feel like a business transaction. A very friendly and personable individual. He treated our loved pet with dignity and respect. Thank you.

I have just used Charlies Parlour for the second time in 2 years. First time my vet took Scooby my Husky to Paul on a bank holiday Monday, no 'were not open' he met the vet there no questions asked and I collected her ashes a few days later. Second time was a week ago today, I took Nanook my Husky to Paul myself, he helped me get him out of the car and took him inside and let me stay and cuddle my boy for a while. I collected his ashes the next day and without even asking he made a little fur pom pom and he also took a paw print of my boy. I really cannot fault him on anything, Paul is the perfect person to help you through one of the most difficult times in your life. Luckily my youngest is 7 so I hope not to see Paul for a long time but I know he is there if I need him.

We are so lucky to have a pet cremation service in the heart of Wiltshire. Paul is compassionate, caring and sensitive and obviously an animal lover, treating his 'clients' with all due respect. Just what you need at a very stressful time. Sadly we have had to use his services twice in the last three years and could not fault his care and attention either time.

Caring, compassionate, an all-round excellent service. We have used Charlies Parlour twice now and wouldn't hesitate to use them again (though hopefully not for a long time! ). Losing a pet is always difficult but Paul at Charlies Parlour helps to ease the pain, and what's more your pet's ashes are returned to you quickly. Our beloved Springer Spaniel Merlin went to Rainbow Bridge on Wednesday. I rang a very understanding Paul from the vet's and we took Merlin straight over to Bradford-on-Avon. If you have pets and live in West Wilts please don't think about handing your beloved baby to a vet for cremation, especially as you can't guarantee you will have your own pet's ashes returned to you. Contact Paul for a much better service.

Our cherished elderly cat passed peacefully away during a Saturday night in July and we rang Paul the next morning. He was very sympathetic, and as we wanted to bring her to him ourselves, we arranged to meet him at Charlie's Parlour at midday. When we arrived, we were able to spend some final moments alone with her and then Paul told us she would be ready to collect the next day as he was going to 'look after' her that afternoon - exceptional service for a Sunday. We collected her ashes on Monday afternoon which Paul had secured in a subtle sleeping cat urn. We left feeling reassured that our dear friend had been given a dignified farewell by someone who cared, and would thoroughly recommend Charlie's Parlour to anybody considering a pet cremation.

After finding out that Garston Vets wanted £77 to cremate my budgie Joey without guaranteed of individual cremation, I contacted Charlie's parlour. My budgie was only small, however it took the biggest space of in my heart, I was beyond devastated to see him go. However the service that was provided for me helped so much. Paul was extremely kind, understanding, empathetic and flexible. He guaranteed an individual cremation for Joey. This business was fantastic and I really hope that more people use the service as it was more than just a business, it's a business that really cares, and respects the lives of the animals being cremated. How vets can charge a huge amount with no guarentee that it's your animals ashes your taking home, shouldn't be allowed! Thanks so much Paul, I will be coming back X.

Charlies Parlour have professionally and compassionately assisted me with all three of my labradors throughout the years. Their service has been a godsend during such difficult times and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone else who requires that extra special and personal touch when dealing with such an emotional loss.

We had to have our lovely labrador, Milly put to sleep in January. She'd been with us for over 15 years and we were devastated at losing her. We chose Charlie's Parlour as burying her in the garden wasn't an option, but we wanted her close and we wanted to be sure it was her ashes we got back. We weren't convinced that this would happen if we left her at the Vet's for cremation! Paul was very kind, patient and understanding, especially so when we phoned him at 10. 30 at night. Milly was cremated on the day we left her with Paul and we were able to pick her up again the next morning. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Every pet owner should use Charlies Parlour when the time comes. The compassion, understanding and care for both you and your pet is beyond measure. When I lost my beloved cat Pumpkin I really felt Paul helped piece together my broken heart. Please don't put off making enquiries before if neccessary, as pet owners it can sometimes be easier to know what can be expected or planned for the time when maybe your emotions make it too difficult to deal with.

I rang Charlie's Parlour from my vets. Paul was so kind. I wanted to understand the process and ensure that my cat would be cared for with dignity. I called before I arrived and was able to select how I wanted her ashes returned. I asked for a face cast and not only did I get that, (beautifully captured) I got paw prints too. I chose a lovely cat casket and my Sascha is resting in peace there. Communication was great and I knew when she was going to be cremated and she was ready to come home within 3 days. I collected her myself.

Everyone who loses a pet should use Charlies Parlour. The Service is beyond measure and so important when you have just lost a best friend. We were able to relax knowing that our Millie was in good hands and treated with the dignity and respect she deserved and she was returned home to us within 24 hours of her passing. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I'd like to thank Paul and Charlie's Parlour for the wonderful service they provide us as pet owners in such a distressing and emotional time. My beautiful Maine coon passed away around 10pm February 4th, I called Paul from Chippenham Friday at 7:30am and he was at my house to pick up my best friend by 9am. Paul was very reassuring and kind on the phone and his approach towards me in such a emotional time is something I'll remember. Charlie's Parlours deserves all the recognition it gets. Truly a beautiful service provided by a wonderful company. I have told many people about the company and will continue to do so. Thank you Paul and Charlie's Parlour for helping me cherish my best friend forever and giving him the respectful dignified and personal individual cremation he deserved. Thank you.

Never a nice experience when a beloved pet dies but at Charlies Parlour you get an individual and caring service. You know that your pet is being dealt with in the most dignified way possible. Much better than having them put in the freezer at the vets and taken away to be cremated on a set day to who ever knows where!

We have sadly just had to use Charlies Parlour for our beloved Spaniel Toby. Whilst his passing was one of the saddest things we have ever been through, the sensitivity of Paul was greatly appreciated. He treated our dog with compassion and dignity and returned him to us the very next day. The cast of Tobys paw was sonmething we would never have thought to do and is something we will treasure for ever. Would not hesitate to recommend and wouldn't consider using anyone else when we have to say goodbye to our other dog.

Button, our adored cat, passed away suddenly late on the 28th December and we rang Paul first thing the next day. He promptly arranged for us to meet him and was so kind and sympathetic at this time of great loss. Paul personally delivered the ashes in a lovely ceramic vase along with a pom-pom of Button's long white hair and a paw print. Paul provides an absolute five star service that we would whole-heartedly recommend to anyone.
