Ian tiled the floors of two shower rooms after I selected him on Free Index (even though he didn't have a lot of reviews, which I usually rely on) because I needed someone at quite short notice and he had a few days' gap. I was delighted - and relieved - that he did an excellent job for what I thought was a very reasonable quote, as well as cleaning up as he went and leaving everything tidy at the end of the day. He was also very obliging, collecting the tiles for me from Yorkshire Tiling Co. As well as replacing two broken tiles (that I'd initially forgotten to mention) in the kitchen. I'd certainly recommend him to others.
