I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) practitioner and have over 18 years experience in working with clients with addictions and mental health problems.

I hold a Master degree in Psychology so we work at a deep level.

The powerful techniques I use enables my clients to make fast and permanent changes by removing limiting beliefs, subconscious thoughts and blocks. Changes often happen quicker than people think.

The areas I specialise in are anxiety, depression, stress and confidence.

How I work:

My approach is warm and engaging. Clients feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease. I work with private clients on a one-one basis at my consulting room and also at prestigious rooms in the heart of Manchester city centre.

I also work with clients via Skype or FaceTime, which are both equally as effective.

In addition, I work with corporate clients in delivering stress management and resilience workshops.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation whereby you can ask any questions and we can discuss how hypnotherapy or other techniques I offer can work beneficially for you.

Training, qualifications and experience.
I have over 18 years experience working with clients with addictions and mental health problems. I have a Masters Degree in Psychology and I am a published researcher. I am a leading authority in my field.

I am registered with the following:

- Registered hypnotherapist - the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR)

- Member of EFT International

I have regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with the requirements of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and with EFT International.
