I have been visiting Cat for sports massage and beauty treatments for over 10 years. She always takes time to work out what I need and her treatments get to the root of the problem every time. She also does follow up care and recommends exercises or other activities to do between treatments. Her approach is friendly, helpful and, above all, always effective. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cat to anyone who needs a sports massage, or just wants to be pampered and feel great.

I have been having sports massage at Body Balance Holistic Therapies for 3 years for recurrent headaches associated with tension in my shoulders and more recently for tight muscles in my legs associated with running. Cat is very professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled always taking time to listen to where the current problems areas are, treating appropriately with great results.

I had back surgery in 2014 and completely left my back alone for things to 'settle down' afterwards - I was also a bit scared about anyone going near it incase it started hurting again! About 18 months after my op I was getting really tight and stiff shoulders and my back had started to niggle again, Cat was recommended to me by a friend so I thought I'd give it a go. I wish I had been to see her sooner! Cat was very friendly, professional and reassuring. After a couple of visits I was feeling much better, my shoulders were not stiff at all and I was able to move much better than I have been able to for a long time! Cat was also very careful around my operation area and although the muscles were being worked on, not once was I in pain! I was given lots of great advice and stretches/excercises to do at home which were really helpful. I cannot recommend Cat highly enough!

Each session begins with a discussion about where the problems may be and then a thorough workout is given with after care suggestions. Service is impeccable and it's very good value for money. Always get my gelish nails done here, they always look amazing and last brilliantly and I work outside which really tests them but they always survive! Would definitely recommend.

I have been using Cat for the last 10 years, she is the only one that seems to be able to sort out my back and shoulders, which are a mess due to over 30 years hairdressing! In the last 2-3 years I have also been using Cat for many of the beauty therapies that she is now qualified in. My particular favourite are the nail extensions and Gelish nails.
