Having operated in the COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL fire and security industry for over 30 years, through a combination of commitment to customer care and the provision of experienced engineers and support staff Cannon has become one of the South West’s leading fire and security design, installation and maintenance providers.
Our Support Team - Our engineers have extensive experience in their relevant field and undertake continuous in-house and external training. They are trained in maintained customer care and relations meaning the majority of clients who started to use us 30 years ago are still using us now.
Our office team provide a personal and dedicated service to each of our clients; answering your queries promptly and accurately. They understand how important their role is in enabling our engineers to provide you with great service meaning we turn up when we say we will and keep our clients informed of any developments on any given job.
Our surveyors ensure the on site advice you receive meets your, and any insurance requirements. Proposals are prepared promptly, with liaison through the pre and post installation phases making sure all expectations are being met.
Our clients - Cannon Fire and Security offer complete fire and security solutions to a range of small to large commercial properties, public sector and residential. To enable a prompt and efficient response we focus our database to within a 50 mile radius of Bristol.
We also maintain systems installed by other companies to save our clients’ money and improve on the service they receive.
Design and Install - We offer complete design and installation packages to suit a range of budgets. Whether you require an installation from new or upgrade to an existing system we will take time to understand your requirements whilst offering sound advice. We don’t employ subcontractors and all of our engineers are trained ‘in-house’ ensuring quality workmanship and customer care from start to finish.
Service and Maintenance - A regularly serviced system provides peace of mind that the system remains functional and helps keep it trouble free. New systems have service agreements as standard. We maintain systems installed by other companies saving our clients’ money and improving on the service they receive.
