Being a local builder, having a competent, reliable electrical contractor you can rely on and who shares your professional ethos is very important to me. Optus are all these things. They do all my electrical work from wiring a bathroom to full rewires. Always accommodating and courteous, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to private householders or other businesses.

Danny and Mike were great, when a called for a quote they were keen to get there that day and and once assessed they had a number of ideas for the under cabinet leds to be put in. On the day of the job the guys were very neat and tidy, very knowlegable and when stumped with a cabinet problem we reassed the job and came back with another lighting solution which did a much better job. Optus have done extensive use throughout Kings Weston house, which is a grade 1 listed building. They are always Thorough, professional, and tidy up after themselves. Their work is always to regulation, and of top quality.

To replace existing socket and switch face plates. To install a new ring circuit in kitchen and extension. To install power circuits to central heating system and cooker. The initial discussions, inspection and estimate were all carried out with advice being given and questions answered on technical issues. The work was carried out on time with the minimum of disruption, and the house was left clean, with power on at the end of each working day. The work was completed as agreed with no outstanding problems or issues. The team was pleasant and polite throughout the project.

Optus Electrical was a recommendation from a client and a very good one at that, we are a letting agent in the local area and have called upon Optus a number of times over the last 12 months for major and minor jobs and found there service to be first class.

Optus Electrical carried out all the electrical work to our new big kitchen/living area when the rooms at the back of our house were knocked through. The work included fitting sockets for cooker, fridge, dishwasher as well as multiple double wall sockets, downlighters in the ceiling, pendant lights and LED lights in the cupboards. They were reliable, efficient, tidy and adaptable when the buidling schedule timings changed. They were also nice guys to have around in the house which is really important. (I tried attaching a photo but it was too big a file but I could e-mail it as an attachment on request).

Rewired most of the downstairs of our house, worked quickly and explained what our options were at every point.

I notified the Company first thing in the morning and by late afternoon the problem had been solved and fixed The problem was the electric shower kept tripping the electrics in a house that I let out. Quite often it is difficult to find such a swift respone, and in particular this was a Friday, you can imagine my tenants were very happy !

Optus added additional sockets, altered the way light switches worked etc. The team that came were all very professional, helpful and did a good job of tidying up after themselves. Our original electrics were not as they should be but this didn't faze the lads. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I have used Danny and Optus for the last few years both at my home and workplace. They are always willing to help, no matter how small the job, and always try to get to me as soon as they can. I have never had an issue with the quality of work, or cost, and wouldnt hesitate in reccomending them.
