I have been using PC Doctor for about 15 years. Christos has always been able to solve my computer problems over the years and done many specialist repairs that no one else would have attempted. I would never go anywhere else.

I messed up the keyboard of my ancient Macbook by trying to clean it with a little too much liquid. Christos quoted me a price for a complete replacement keyboard, (which I agreed), took the machine in, carried out the repair promptly, showed me what he had done (and offered me the non-functional keyboard to take away if I wanted) and then charged me significantly LESS than I had agreed. First class service by any standards and good value for money as well. I am going back to him tomorrow for another small repair on the same machine and I am sure he will give me an honest estimate and do an honest and effective repair.

Fault quickly identified and laptop speedily returned to me in full working order. Repair carried out at a reasonable rate. Added 15 11 2017 No problems - laptop working fine SH.

They listened carefully to what I said, acted quickly, and though ageing, the computer has never worked better. A problem arose afterwards about a re-installation (not their fault). They dealt with it online immediately and patiently, despite difficulties caused by the program. I shall tell all my friends.

I took my Dell laptop there because it was super slow and I had my hard disc changed and new windows installed. The service was quick and satisfactory. They explained what the problem was and repaired it. Since then my laptop works fine.

The Camden Laptop Repair Centre have mended two laptops for me. In both cases, the standard of workmanship has been very high. Neither has been particularly cheap, but they've both been considerably cheaper than buying a new laptop. For their knowledge and integrity, I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional and courteous. Explained the process with no fuss and solved my problem. Didn't check price against other companies because my need was so urgent. I would definitely trust them and use them again.

The keyboard on my Mac packed up. I took it into the team who talked me through the options and how they would try to minimise the costs of repair. They called me 2 days later to explain the diagnosis and then 4 days later to say it was ready for pick up. They couldn't have been friendlier and more efficient. Can't recommend them enough.

I went to Camden Laptop Repair Centre as my laptop stopped working for no reason. I provided the details and asked a few questions. I understood that it could be my batter or the power circuit that stopped working hence the blank screen but a flashing light. They agreed to review it and I paid the £25 'review charge'. The next day I received a call stating my laptop was fixed and the outstanding balance was £90. I asked what happened to my pc. They couldn't diagnose the problem but after 'taking it apart and putting it back together, it started working again'. I went to the shop and voiced my concern at the fact that I have to pay £115 for someone to not know the problem is. I was also disappointed that I paid so much for someone to simply take a laptop apart and put it back together again. I do not feel this provided value for money. Secondly I am concerned that I was not contacted after the battery and power circuit checks were done but there was still no diagnosis to the problem. I do not appreciate that I was not consulted about next steps and the prices related to such efforts. I feel the shop took the liberty to what they wanted at whatever price. The result when they called and said it was fixed I was essentially blackmailed to pay £90 because they had my laptop. Furthermore the retort to my concerns was 'if we had sent the computer to a specialist it would have been £179'. This made me feel the service was incorrect. I'm disappointed by the situation. My laptop was repaired 2 days ahead of schedule and done at a reasonable price. Would use again if necessary.

Diagnosed issue within an hour, fixed it (completely replacing hard-drive and associated cable) the next working day. Reasonable price.
