I like this service because there’s is no hidden charges - goods gets cleared without additional charges unlike other organisations I have tried. For example. #OCSWorldwide who under price their services and will hold on customers goods until extra charges is exploited. #RoyalMail even destroys parcels of naive paying customers at short notice resulting in owners loss. #ParcelMonkey has no real human to communicate with - just robots ! A friend recommended Bunsoy Services and I called te company to collect 2 barrels to send to Jamaica. Tey came wen tey said, te oods sailed ontime and arrived and cleared te warf for my collection at te specified time. I was very pleased and everytin was in order.
Very undeserving of even the single star. Never again will I have anything to do with this company as there are more reliable freight services out there. My goods were obviously tampered with and not even complete on arrival. Complaints was disregarded and the questionable director is too dishonest and unapologetic for obvious errors made, rather, his level of dishonesty is unbelievable. Never again and the public should be very mindful of bunsoy services Ltd. The risk is too high and it isn't worth taking. You have left out the important points in this disgraceful ordeal with me. Took more than 2weeks to state that the perishable items was finally located and would still not accept responsibility for the initial error. The arrogance of your fraudulent director prevented him from apologising. You might need to check your facts before writing. For nearly a year now I have used Bunsol services to send personal effects to Nigeria by Sea and Air. They have been very reliable and punctual in collecting and delivering my things intact without being tampered with. If you want peace of mind when sending things all around the world, I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and value for money. They are Brilliant, competent and most especially HONEST!
Disgraceful company and irresponsible 'director'. You want to avoid or you might regret it. Your valuable goods are not safe and they treat customers with a lot of disrespect. I paid for a freight service which resulted to my goods being misplaced for weeks and the director refusing to take responsibility for a botched job. The director wrote back after I complained and asked for a refund for the misplaced goods. His response was "we cannot be held responsible for misplaced or damaged goods in our care. That is certainly customer service! Avoid or you might regret it.
At first I wasn't sure about Bunsoy as I had some problems contacting them by phone. Once we'd got that sorted, however, they did a wonderful job. We shipped a container to southeast Asia. Everything went smoothly and we were kept informed of progress along the way. (The ship's departure was delayed due to bad weather but we were advised of the change of status promptly. ) We also had an issue with the BL, which was our fault, and they sorted it our. Very satisfied.
Its hard to give anything short of 5 stars in everything for Bunsoy. Their service is simply impeccable. You get information on the current status of items sent. I will recommend Bunsoy to anyone very highly. They are in a class of their own. Fanstatic customer service I must add too.
