Bow-EMM Therapy is offered by Jill and Paul Dagless by appointment in Portsmouth and Southsea.
Bow-EMM Therapy is what we call the combined EMMETT Technique and Bowen Therapy that we offer to clients.
Our sessions are results driven to get you a positive difference quickly - to help ease pain and discomfort, improve range of movement and physical stability and balance.
We tailor each session uniquely to your needs, whether you need to relax or just need to get moving back to your busy life or sport or activity.
Your don't have to take your clothes off, the techniques may be applied with you seated, standing or laying on a therapy couch, it depends what we believe will benefit you the most.

Paul and Jill are both Advanced EMMETT Technique Practitioners, with over 10 years experience of easing pain and discomfort, leading to some very happy clients that recommend us regularly.
Because we do not need to use a therapy couch, and can offer standalone EMMETT Technique, Paul and Jill can bring EMMETT Technique into your workplace to assist staff with pain and discomfort.
You can also have Paul and Jill at your event to add something different that can benefit everybody.

Jill and Paul like to share EMMETT Technique at events, because it is best experienced, we have lovely clients that recommend us to their family, friends and clients.

Jill is also an EMM-Tech tutor, which enables her to share EMMETT Technique to the community as a 'first-aid for muscles', that anybody can learn, for self-help, or to assist family (from babies to the elderly) and friends.
