About Birth Be

As a doula and founder of Birth Be, I offer compassionate antenatal and postnatal support designed to nuture both you and your growing family.
I believe in the power of community and connection, which is why I also host free parent and baby nature walks as well Supper Clubs - safe, welcoming spaces for mums and mums-to-be to share, rest and recharge.

Whether you’re preparing for birth or settling into parenthood, my approach is gentle, grounded, and led by you.

As a doula I offer emotional, practical and informational support all tailored to you and your family, My role is to help you feel grounded, confident, and cared for as you prepare for birth and settle in to early parenthood.

Every family’s journey looks different, I take the time to listen, understand your needs, provide you with evidence based research, offering all of the options so you can make informed decisions surrounding your birth, baby and body. Whether you’d like ongoing support through pregnancy, a calm and reassuring presence during birth, or nurturing care once your baby arrives, I’ll meet you where you are.

Alongside my doula work, I host community nature walks, as well as Supper Clubs through the Be Nourished Club - spaces designed to help mums and mums-to-be connect, share experiences and feel truly supported
