Bio-Energy Healing is a highly effective complementary therapy that gently removes areas of stress from the bio-field and chakra system. The Bio-Energy Healing practitioner identifies and removes areas of stress from the client's bio-field through performing a set of specific movements around them. This brings the clients entire energy system back into balance, clears the meridians and gives the body's cells and organs an opportunity to absorb as much vital life force energy as they need to function in a healthier manner. As the client's energy system begins to flow better during treatment, the body's natural healing intelligence is given an opportunity to function at it's maximum capacity. Treatments can help to bring relief to a wide range of ailments and are often experienced as deeply relaxing.

Sarah is a fully qualified Bi-Aura Bio-Energy Therapist and is registered with the Bi-Aura foundation who are a member of the Complementary Medicine Association. She has been involved in complementary medicine since 2006 and has trained in various other energy related disciplines such as Reiki, Colour Therapy, Angel Healing®, Life Coaching and Metatronia Therapy®. She also delivers various workshops for small groups of people aimed at stress management through developing energy awareness.
