Learning to drive with Clive has been nothing short of fantastic. He is so patient when learning new maneuvers during lessons…And helped build my confidence after having my first test rescheduled. Nothing was ever too much trouble and if you were ever unsure he would go over things until. You felt comfortable. I have had previous instructors when I was younger and couldn't get it sink in but with Clive it was effortless. Iv really enjoyed my lessons with Clive and was sad when I passed as I realised our time was over. Thankyou so much for all the guidance and help in getting me to pass first time .

I'm so appreciative of Clive's help and guidance with learning to drive. He made me feel comfortable behind the wheel with his patient and experienced teaching style, always ensuring we moved at a pace I was comfortable with. Clive's friendly demeanor and clear instructions made each lesson enjoyable and stress-free as he was happy to answer any question I threw at him. Learning from Clive has been the best he’s patient and kind and makes you feel relaxed when driving. He’ll explain everything in full detail and focus on each thing until you have it bang on, he took the pressure off of driving and I can not thank or recommend him enough.

Before I started taking lessons with Clive, I would’ve described myself as a nervous driver. Clive had a very laid back yet professional nature which really helped me to calm down whilst in the car. He is extremely patient and a really nice guy, I would recommend booking lessons with him.

Clive was such a helpful and understanding driving instructor. His knowledge about different techniques and ways to approach situations is outstanding. I would never have passed my test without Clive. He helped me tackle my biggest phobia, something I never ever thought I would be able to achieve. I will be forever grateful for his endless patience and endearing calm nature. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. What truly sets him above everyone else, was how he adapted and adjusted his lessons to me as a pupil with learning disabilities. Even though my ADHD was a constant passenger, he took the time to understand, nurture and guide in a way that helped me grow a confidence I never thought possible. And it's all done with a smile on his face and constant banter. Thanks will never be quite enough for what he helped me to overcome and achieve.

Clive is an amazing instructor. Is gentle with his teaching techniques and works with you at whatever you feel you need to learn and practice. Having had numerous instructors in the past he really made me feel at ease and used our lessons as I needed him to. When it came to test time he advised of exactly would happen and I felt that I went into the test ready and more than able. Huge thumbs up to an awesome guy :).

Clive has been absolutely amazing. I went to him on a recommendation from another driving instructor and never looked back. He’s amazing at putting you at ease and making you feel comfortable whilst driving. He allowed me to ask multiple things without feeling like I was asking silly questions. He’s great at adapting to how people learn and always allowed me to practice manoeuvres multiple times until I really got comfortable with them. As I have ADHD I spoke with Clive and from the first lesson, he implemented things we talked about like pausing a conversation whilst I concentrated on a roundabout and we picked right up afterwards. The morning of my driving test I was so incredibly nervous and he reassured me and I genuinely believe that was the reason I passed first time with only two minors. The system of being able to book your lessons online at a time that suits you is also incredibly useful and he’s very understanding of having to change locations with a few days notice. Clive has been a fantastic instructor; he is extremely patient and always answered and explained any questions I had. Initially, I was anxious about learning to drive but his approach of just letting you get on with it and learning from your mistakes helped me a lot. Thanks to him, I was able to pass my test on my first attempt! I enjoyed my lessons and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s learning to drive.

I really could not recommend booking with Clive enough! Clive is the best instructor I ever had! After previously having lessons in a manual before lockdown, I chose to try automatic with Clive when things started to open back up again, I was extremely nervous and anxious on learning to drive in an automatic but Clive made me feel so comfortable in the car. It was lovely that I could have a good laugh and a chit chat with him as im driving. Clive let me make my mistakes and supported me in correcting them. I really couldn’t have done it without him! Thank you so so so much! Loved every second!

Having put off learning to drive for many years I was quite apprehensive about finally learning, however I couldn't have found a better driving instructor in Clive! He has been incredibly calm and patient with me particularly on elements that I struggled with such as roundabouts. He helped me to pass first time and today I picked up my first car. Literally couldn't recommend Clive highly enough. What a legend. Couldn't have done it without you mate. Cheers!

I could not recommended Clive enough, I was a nervous driver before I started driving lessons with him but not anymore. I am also very uncoordinated, struggle to put instructions into action with my left and right ect. Clive really understood, was always patient or had a trick up his sleeve to help. Clive just makes you feel at ease and is great at explaining what you need to do. The way he explains maneuvers is amazing, it makes them easy so they just click. He is an absolute fountain of calm. If you're a nervous driver, struggle with coordination or just want a calm instructor who is great at explaining things and has some great playlists up his sleeve Clive is the instructor for you!

Absolutely Fabulous ,great service from Clive! I am have dyspraxia and in the past have found it difficult to learn how to drive. Clive was very patient and used many methods of teaching to help me understand driving. He was very patient and put me at ease whilst learning to drive. Thank you so much Clive. What can I say about Clive other than absolutely wonderful? I'm hard-of-hearing, and when I came to Clive, I was very anxious, sometimes struggling with co-ordination. My confidence wasn't great - I hadn't gelled well with my last driving instructor, and after two years of not getting anywhere, decided to make the switch over to automatic to see if that would help. I've only got one regret, and that's that I hadn't gone with Clive straight off the bat. He's so calm and patient, and never once raised his voice - even when I was still asking questions five minutes before my test! Clive is more of a coach than an instructor - he gets to know his students and how they take in information, and adapts things according to that. He doesn't just teach you to pass the test, but how to drive safely in real situations - in just 14 lessons I've gone from someone who was terrified of operating a massive hunk of metal at high speeds to passing my test with only 2 minor faults, which is something I never thought I'd do this time last year, or even six months ago! Clive, you're an absolute diamond - I appreciate your help more than you'll ever know. I'm going to miss the chats we had while we were driving around - I definitely won't forget 'get on, get off, get out of the way' or 'keep 'er movin'! Clive is an excellent instructor and is very good at helping people to learn to drive who are very nervous.
