Excellent service all round. Good communication by phone and email. Chris was friendly, polite, and respectful, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. There was a very minor dripping pipe and he came back the next day to fix it, and even helped rotate a pipe to make sure the tap didn't prevent the previous covering from closing. Highly recommended.

Hi, My Neighbour had a Boiler fitted by Boiler Shop and was full of praise, always a good sign. My system was assessed by Chris and received a excellent quote. Chris also fitted new boiler with on fuss did not mind me watching or asking questions fully explained all the specs and settings and warranty, what little mess he made was cleaned up and everything made safe. From first contacting Hallamshire Energy to completion of a new boiler the service was exceptional. My elderly mum had no hot water or heating and Joanna organised Chris to call that day (it was the start of the bank holiday). A new boiler was fitted 5 days later by Chris who put my mum at ease and was so professional. Overall a worrying event turned into something easy to rectify. I am very happy with the service from Joanna and the team. Their engineer (Chris? ) came round and gave me an honest assessment of the issues with my old boiler, which was losing pressure. He didn't give me any high pressure selling, rather the opposite. He felt the problem was in the boiler but gave me some techniques to help decide, which previous engineers had not done. Opted for new boiler and nest google controller and was installed a few days later, which as it's before Xmas was very quick, and all now fine. I can't tell how the price compares but seems OKI and with a boiler want good advice and service as it's a major purchase.

Superb service. Talked through my options without any kind of pressure, highlighting all pros and cons. My boiler was replaced without any fuss or hassle, and impressively fast. The final price was actually less than my original quote, which is a definite first. I would thoroughly recommend Hallamshire Energy.

Had my old boiler removed from my kitchen and new one installed in outer porch. This entailed taking up floorboards. Chris and his team were excellent from my initial enquiry and visit for the quote through to installation. Chris was friendly and very professional despite having to deal with a problematic alarm system, and was always concerned about treating my property with great care throughout. Fantastic service from start to finish! I've had 2 boilers fitted by The Big Boiler company now over the last few years. The price was extremely competitive with Tom explaining the options and what option was best suited for my needs. Excellent communication from Joanna, who kept me updated every step of the way. I now have a lovely warm home again thanks to Tom and Billy who have just installed my new boiler, not only explaining how to use it, but advice on how to use it more economically. We had our boiler replaced by Hallamshire Energy in November 2019 after our old one broke down, just as the weather was reaching single figures. With two small children in the house, we needed a swift replacement, and due to Hallamshire Energy's priority system for broken boilers and vulnerable customers we were seen quickly. Tom was professional and thorough throughout. Our options were clearly outlined and there was no attempt at upselling. The job wasn't a straightforward one due to our house's little quirks but there were no hidden costs and no complaints. It was also a pleasure to have Tom and his team in the house, especially compared to other tradespeople we've used in the past who don't always make you feel at ease. We felt very comfortable, even with our disabled children at home. We can't recommend the service we received highly enough.

Just had our 2nd annual boiler service and met Tom for the 1st time, as with all the team he was polite friendly and told us what he doing and why, talked to us in way that we understood and what was being done. Once again a great professional service.

What can we say that was bad about Hallamshire ENERGY SERVICES LTD? WELL ABSOLUTELY NOTHING We asked for someone to come out and chat to us about having a new boiler. Tom came out to talk to us and as we have always had a system boiler we were a bit sceptical on changing to a combi boiler. We were given the prices and options on both and after 3 months we went down to the shop to just ask a few more questions before deciding. This is where we met Joanna who was fantastic and a breath of fresh air, and was able to answer what she could and asked Tom to ring us later to answer the others to which we then decided that we would have the combi. (Not once in the 3 months did they pester us to see if we were going to have it done which was great). Chris and Billy arrived bang on time on both days, as they said they would and got straight to work. Great set of lads worked hard and always cleared up after themselves. We told them to make themselves drinks if they wanted so we wouldn’t disturb them. Like everyone you are always sceptical on workpeople as you don’t know if they were cowboys or not. Hallamshire Energy Services is an excellent company to deal with. We had a new boiler fitted by them a year and a half ago and the whole process from the first conversation with the friendly and knowledgable Joanna to having a face to face consultation about which boiler was best for our needs and to the hard working engineers who fitted it , went so smoothly and everything was sorted very quickly. The price was very good too. We now have our boiler serviced by them annually. We recently had a problem with our wireless thermostat. I rang Hallamshire Energy late in the evening and left a message. Early the next morning Joanna rang me to discuss the thermostat and by the end of that day the engineer had been out to see us, and replaced the faulty thermostat and everything was sorted. We received the best service and that is why we would definitely recommend them and we give them five stars.

Had our boiler break down a week ago. Called their office around 9:30 if there was anybody free to get a quote for a replacement. Returned the call a few hours later with an engineer available later that day to visit our house. Tim arrived and talked to us in great detail the best options available to suit out needs and budget. We were not harried to make a choice. Once we arrived at an agreement, replacement was booked for the following week. Chris came on the day to install the new boiler and was very professional with the work provided. The work was very thorough and surprisingly quick! I had a new combi boiler fitted by hallamshire energy services 2 years ago now and they also service the boiler annually. I used their company after a family member recommended them and I also did the same and recommended them to another family member who also had a new boiler installed. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and professional. We got a good product with a 10 year warranty and at a very reasonable price. I work in the building trade and got quotes elsewhere but none could compete with that from hallamshire energy. I will be using this company to carry on servicing the boiler and this is made easy as they contact me to book it in when it's due. In a nutshell the customer service is as it should be, no hassle, professional and reliable.
