Pete was an amazing instructor. He was always flexible with my availability with lessons and most of all he was adaptive to teaching me different ways and tips for when it came to driving. He made me feel 100% comfortable from start to finish and I would highly recommend him whether you're a first time learner or have had lessons previously.

I began driving with Pete as an older student and impatient because I wanted to get driving asap. I was very nervous and immediately Pete put me at ease. Patient, explained things in a way I could understand and when I made mistakes there was no shouting, telling off instead he explained where it went wrong, how to correct it and encouraged me to try again. A few days before my test I had a terrible mock lesson and was so upset and doubting myself but Pete encouraged me and reassured me Today I passed with a clean sheet. Thank you so much Pete your amazing and I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Peter is a fantastic instructor. He is patient, calm, quiet and kind. He has a great sense of humour which puts you at ease as you are driving along the road and it makes him really easy to get along with and chat to. Will miss our chats in the car when I am driving on my own now haha. I was very reluctant to learn to drive for so many years but I am so glad I chose automatic. There have been a few bumps in the road (mainly potholes) but Peter has helped pass my test and I couldn’t be any more grateful. B smart B safe is a good option for anyone to choose. I wish Peter all the best.

What can I say about Pete! What a fantastic, kind and patient man, I thoroughly enjoyed my lessons, pete has a brilliant way of breaking things down for you if you are finding something a little difficult, he finds a way that works best for you! His knowledge is incredible, I will really miss my lessons with you Pete, and all the laughs we had. Thank you for making me feel comfortable behind the wheel and safe, can't believe I passed with my first attempt, a wonderful instructor who really does go above and beyond.

Absolutely Recommend! I had an amazing experience driving with Peter. Patient, clear with instructions, and always made me feel confident behind the wheel! He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and gave helpful tips that stuck with me. Lessons were always timely, and focused on what I needed the most. I passed my test with only 1 minor. Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

Brilliant instructor! I would highly recommend peter to anyone looking for lessons, especially those who are very nervous about starting lessons, as I was and he’s helped me massively and boosted my confidence with driving, helping me pass first time :) he’s assertive and will push you to be confident with decisions you make but he’s also patient so if you do make any mistakes he will happily go over it with you again until you understand/ get it right.

Wow! I have just passed my driving test first time with only 1 minor thanks to Peter. He is the third driving instructor I’ve had and thoroughly the best instructor out there! He listens and communicates well. Most importantly he made my driving experience fun and enjoyable! I will miss our lessons so much! He made me feel relaxed and confident which clearly paid off on my driving test. And I would highly recommend peter 10/10.

Pete is a fantastic instructor. Extremely patient, assertive and breaks things down if you don’t get them first time! I have had many instructors over the years and I was a very anxious student to begin with - but with Pete’s guidance, he really helped me become a confident driver. Brilliant instructor has brilliant techniques to help out if your struggling with be the best option to got for if you want to past your test.

Very patient and dosent get annoyed or frustrated when you make a mistake just teaches you how to amend your mistake very reliable and keep the lesson interesting the whole time.

I decided to go with Pete @ B Smart B Safe in November 23, just after the first lesson I was so happy with his method of teaching compared to a previous driving school, he taught me the correct way to drive with patience and professionalism. I cannot recommend Pete enough. 5/5.
