Just tell Andy the basic problems and he will fix it from head to toe. He had done way beyond I had asked for, he had provided full service and inspection with a very reasonable price. He gives clear instructions on what he will do to fix it, there's no mumbo jumbo. I have full confidence to let Andy to fix my laptop in the future.

When my laptop's power supply failed Andy not only repaired the socket and plug but also found the necessary parts for me to buy after I had trouble identifying them.
